Rude sales manager

I had not a pleasant conversation with sales manager from laba.ua on behalf of course from robotdreams.cc.
I refused to take a course because the program seemed not strong enough to me and through conversation I felt like my refusal from course was taken personally by this manager. He was trying to convince me that I am wrong and the program is fine. It was rude and not customer oriented approach at all. After this I don’t want to take any courses provided by Laba or Robotdreams.
