As a company that provides a sustainable and cruelty free option for bags, I really am disappointed by my experience with them. I bought a bag at a fair a couple of years back and with a massive discount I paid around £100 for a large shoulder bag with 2 straps as it could convert into a satchel. I found it very stylish and I rarely spend a lot of money on bags but I was convinced that it would last for years.

Not even a year into owning it and the material on one of the straps started peeling off and looking tatty. I didn't use the bag every day - maybe a couple of times a week. I contacted them and they told me it was old stock but that they would go into their storage and find me another strap and post it to me. I had to chase up a couple of times and was reassured that it would be sent to me but it never was. They stopped replying to all my emails and since this time the other strap has started deteriorating too, the clasp on the strap broke as has the clasp on the front of the bag.

Will never EVER buy from them again.

I bought a bag for my birthday present but decided it was the wrong style for me. I contacted customer services via the chat and they were so helpful, responding very quickly to my messages and putting my mind at ease.

I was worried as I was just out of time for returns but it was fine.

Secondly, I emailed them again as I didn’t include return details with my parcel, the customer service person reassured me that I needn’t worry, it had already been received, the warehouse had notified them.

Thirdly, I was on holiday so they delayed sending the new bag until I got back.

They made the whole process easy.

Bought a bag in December 2024 and already now in June the lining is tearing away and fraying at the seams. I've tried to contact customer services via their email but got "A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error." The bags appear to look good on the surface but for the price they don't last long and are poor quality.

I ordered a backpack (ladies Agnes Green) which I have had for about 10 months, it’s gorgeous and I get loads of comments every time I use it.
I haven’t used the bag that much and always put it away in its dust bag, look after it etc but despite this the leather is breaking and chipping off. I’m really disappointed.
I went to leave a review on Labante’s website (with photos) but despite getting an email saying my review had been verified it never appeared….. it made me wonder how many other missing reviews there might be.
The bag is gorgeous but the quality is poor for the price, I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

Beautiful, classy products. I was given a lovely vibrant pink and black wallet and a lovely crossbody bag as a 40th birthday gift. The customer service is very easy to access via email and fast response team. Customer service were incredibly helpful. Thanks so much for being an ethical company with great customer service!

a company that uses AI art while skirrting around instagrams tos and blocking and banning anyone ehop speks out about there practice of it.

I rarely leave negative reviews but sorely disappointed with Labante. I ordered a laptop bag and it arrived on time and looks great. The only problem is it's missing a shoulder strap as advertised. Trying to contact customer services is ridiculous. You have to be 'invited' to a portal where you leave a message. There is no way of telling if you've received a reply so have to keep checking but after a while access expires and you can't log on. I just want a strap delivered - that's all! Please can someone get back to me to rectify this so that I can recommend Labante rather than have to advise everyone to steer clear!

Never subscribed to their email, I clicked unsub a number of times but still get being sent crap. They ignored my email requests to unsub me also. This is illegal under GDPR.
