Placed an order, item arrived very quickly, unfortunately the item was too short in length. Tried to start the returns process, nothing but issues from here, eventually managed to generate a returns label for a refund, sent the item tracked 24 hours, Royal Mail experienced some delay in delivering the item Royal Mail advised this is because the return address is. PO Box number and anything that needs signed for signature does not get delivered due to it being a PO Box, company now saying the tracking number shows it’s not been delivered Royal Mail telling me it was delivered but not signed for, I believe this company deliberately use this to not issue refunds. Will be raising a charge back with my card company
I also suggest you remove the tracking number as this is a breach of GDPR, shows what type of company you are, its delay tactics to avoid issuing a refund, funny enough it will be delivered" after the 14 days

Your refund has not been withheld. The item has simply not yet been returned to us.
The Royal Mail tracking reference you were provided — 02126763017014BF — clearly shows that the return is still in transit to us and has not been delivered to our returns address. Royal Mail tracking is available for customers to verify independently.

We cannot process a refund for an item that has not been received. As soon as the return reaches us, it will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.
It is therefore completely inaccurate to suggest that we deliberately use this process to avoid issuing refunds. The tracking information objectively contradicts that claim.
We understand that delays with Royal Mail are frustrating, but attributing a carrier delay to deliberate wrongdoing by our company is simply unfair and misleading.
Update:
We’d like to clarify a few points in this updated review.
Firstly, the Royal Mail tracking number does not disclose any personal information about you. The tracking information is publicly available in relation to the parcel only. Our own details as the recipient are not accessible without entering the postcode associated with the delivery address.
Secondly, your return was initiated within the required 14-day period. The length of time Royal Mail subsequently takes to return the parcel to us does not change this. We can see from the tracking that the parcel is currently in transit back to us.
As soon as the return is delivered to us, your refund will be processed. There is no attempt to delay or avoid issuing your refund, and the suggestion that we deliberately use Royal Mail delays as a tactic to withhold refunds is completely unfounded.
We have provided you with a returns process, issued a tracked return label and are monitoring the parcel's progress. At this point, the only outstanding step is for Royal Mail to deliver the return to us.
We would therefore ask that the inaccurate allegation that we deliberately avoid issuing refunds is removed. We will, of course, process your refund as soon as the returned item is received.

A good prompt service. Good communication. However the wrong colour arrived. I ordered Frozen Dew which to me is light blue, and received beige. This was a first transaction with Label. I’m a touch dubious at ordering anything else.

Our order records confirm the item was correctly ordered and dispatched as a Small, and the amount charged matches exactly what was added to your basket — there's no discrepancy on either count.
We did experience a short delay responding to your emails, which we explained was due to an unexpected closure following a family bereavement over the weekend. As soon as we were back, we replied and provided a pre-paid returns label to exchange for an XXL free of charge, or a full refund if you'd prefer — both offers still stand.

They do not state anywhere that items purchased can only be returned for a credit note or exchange. Thankfully I purchased using a credit card so they will be in a dispute with my bank and I already have been credited. However I would NOT buy anything from them!!!

I would give this website zero stars if I could, I placed an order with them and when the order arrived and I had ordered 7 and only 6 items arrived, the customer service are absolutely none existent you try to get in touch with them numerous times and they are just ignoring me. This place should not even be up and running because it is not fit for purpose. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Absolutely shambolic.

To clarify a few points: we've checked our records and the item you've reported as missing was picked, scanned, and packed as part of your order — we also have CCTV footage confirming this. Current stock levels on our end reconcile correctly, which supports this. We take discrepancy claims seriously, so rather than dismiss this we're currently waiting on the parcel weight from Royal Mail to help establish exactly what happened in transit.
