I researched A LOT for a pre loved bag. I knew I wanted a mulberry and one that was pretty good condition. This company is amazing!!I have shopped with a few pre loved companies in the past but this is by far the most professional and attentive service!my bag is stunning and has all the receipts and labels etc!!

The handbag arrived on time it was packaged really well. The description was accurate I knew this was a pre loved mulberry Anthony bag one I have wanted for a very long time but couldn’t bring myself to pay £750 for a new one so when I saw this one I bought it. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from labels again.

All very clear and my bag sold for a decent price, as Louise had indicated. Over the past number of years, I've bought a good few bags from LMW, plus I've also "dropped hints" to my group up kids and they've bought for me! Everything is impeccably described ..:there are no shocks when the bags are received. In fact, it's the opposite as every minor imperfection is listed ....and the imperfections are often minuscule in real life.
My most recent purchase was a grey east west Mulberry Bayswater. It was one of those bags that "got away" when they were in store many years ago. So when I saw it pop up...it was in my basket and paid for instantly! That was a Friday morning. I had instant communication to let me know that payment was received. And the bag was posted by Friday lunchtime. By Saturday lunchtjme, it was at my door, and in my hands. And that's no mean feat as I live in tiny village in Northern Ireland, well off the beaten track.
Highly recommend this amazing business. Utterly reliable, fabulous communication, great prices...and just lovely to deal with in every way.
