Perfect and fast! Great customer service!

Very welcoming and market competitive prices.
Great people to talk and negotiate with. They have a wide range of diamands at hands, but the ones on the website might take a while to come to their office (about a week). If you have time, then this place is highly recommended.

Some exchange with labgems about ordered diamonds if available or not but then agreed on a certified one. The delivery was very fast and contact with labgems reliable.

Do not buy from this company, VERY UNSERIOUS.... Bought a diamond from them. The payment is completed, then nothing more happens.
Have tried to contact them 6 times by email this week to find out the delivery report... but no answer. impossible to get in touch with them. strongly recommend that you don't buy anything from here if you don't want to get scammed.

I made bad experiences with this company. Unfriendly and I don’t trust.
To make money seems the highest goal.
