Most of my purchases are made at lab luxury for several reasons, very interesting and unbeatable prices! Authenticity of the products, but the most important thing is the impeccable customer service, Lauren takes care of her customers, always available, careful packaging. I highly recommend this site without hesitation!

I will forever order from LAB and Lauren. She sources the best of beauty - and she also really knows beauty + skincare WELL, so she tends to curate from the best brands. Her luxury consignment is also on point, and I think it's important to note that her products are always in top condition. I've ordered many luxury goods from other consignors, and the pieces are still $$$ and always flawed, or in need of some sort of repair. Not at LAB!

Lab has always been an amazing source of lovely fashion including jewelry, bags and shoes. More recently, I started purchasing skin care, cosmetics and accessories. The deals are fantastic, and always high quality. I love purchasing from a local independent business! Thank you for everything!

I’ma repeat customer. Great place to purchase beauty items imo! Very responsive and kind customer service, fast shipping. All the products worked for me. I don’t have experience purchasing other types of items, but they also seem to be of good quality. Will likely buy footwear in the future!

Exactly why did you send this email for my review if this is the way you feel everyone should understand your company have no integrity and if you is the owner then you should learn a few things about how to run a company accusing your customers should not be one of them if you providing promos, you should be able to own them without being Hateful and nasty… just my humble opinion.. you don’t have to reply… I not interested..have a good day🛑🛑🛑

I love LAB! I have been shopping at LAB since 2023 and have enjoyed all of my beauty and clothing purchases. I purchased luxury products as gifts for friends and they really enjoyed them. I like the variety of products and brands, and supporting a small business! I don’t shop at big corporations for my beauty products anymore and prefer to shop at LAB!
