Appalling - where is my fit-to-fly test - I now have one day left to find a provider of a legitimate service and again pay over the odds - do not use!! Late PCR tests are of no USE and the fact that this company can't be reached by e-mail or phone says it all. Don't be fooled by the website that appears scientific and honest.

still waiting a response , a call back request not complete, no responses on email and I am sitting with a test I cannot use. I can't log on and the reset is not working. The email stated tuse the link in the email but it did not exist. Sent 4 emails today , nothing

DO NOT USE ,the government should be ashamed to have this company on its web site , you can't contact them, phone mail box full up. Absolutely criminal, like the government

Ordered two Test to Release Day 5 tests for me and my partner. Her test arrived without the Biohazard swab which rendered it useless. Livid is an understatement. What kind of a company can’t even pack the correct contents for an urgent test package? How did this company get on the Governments approved list? Do not use them

In fairness to this company they promised to immediately courier a replacement test kit to our address and they were as good as their word. They also processed the tests within hours so I feel that my initial review was too harsh. They did go the extra mile for us

The tests are cheap and received within a day. Great service! I had some last minute worries about when the fit to fly results would be ready. The team responded promptly and were very helpful.
Happy with the service all in all.

I have echoed the review of several dissatisfied individuals with this company. They are absolutely, incompetent with the work that they have been assigned to do for the public. They are not even cleaver enough to read customers reviews and make amends. I ordered a 2 and 8th day kit for my husband who travelled to the uk. He arrived on the 13th June 2021 and is still waiting for day 2 kit to arrive. Several calls made to the company were unanswered because they never pickup the calls and their answering machine is constantly stated as full. They have several email addresses that were not genuine and the one email address that was given to me when they eventually answer a call after several days, was still not responsive. My husband today received a kit, to have discovered it was not in his name. It was only the envelope that was addressed to him but the inside contents were the information of a pregnant women who sent her kit off to LabMedExpert Limited and even hand wrote that she was pregnant and needed a quick response. Obviously, she sent the kit off to LabMedExpert Limited to be tested but as such this woman's test was instead placed in an in an envelope and sent to my husband. I have since been trying to get through to them on the phone which has constantly being engaged. I have given up on them and now just want the money back to get my husband a kit through a more reliable company. I really hope that LabMedExpert Limited, will take the time to read their reviews, especially this one because I will be reporting them to the government website where they have been approved and secondly will be taking them to the small claims court for a full refund of my money plus interest. This company is undisputedly rubbish.

Do not use this company for COVID-19 testing. I wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing a kit. It arrived 2 days late. No one answered their telephone for 24 hours, on a week day, and their email address was incorrect so no possible way of contacting them.
When I eventually got to speak to someone they lied and said the Royal Mail had made no pickups for 2 days.
They clearly cannot handle the demand so I would recommend finding a different provider.

Its quite simple really writing this review. Ordered the 5 day test. It was a Sunday so you would think the team in the office would pick up the orders the following morning and dispatch. Well that obviously was not the case as the item arrived on the Thursday.
No correspondence or tracking from them at all.
Took 4 days to get here. A total waste of money as the initial idea of test to release has passed. Majorly pi++ed off. Think real careful if you are gonna buy of these clowns as who knows when yours will arrive.

Booked Day 2 and Day 8 tests for two relatives visiting the UK. Test kits arrived promptly and notifications and communication were impeccable. 5 stars!

I had a fantastic experience with LabmedExpert in Wolverhampton, My kits for day 2, 5, and 8 arrived well before time and I got my results quickly as well.
I will use them again if there is a need and i will recommend them 100%. Kunle and his staff are doing good job. Kudos!

My test kits delivery got delayed and the company arranged private courier to deliver it ASAP. I got my results on time.

I bought day2 and day8 covid home kit before arriving in the uk but once I got here no kit had been dispatched. I had to call several time to arrange a new delivery. It is very hard to communicate with them, they don’t email you back and no chance they keep you updated on the progress of the sample ( as they say on the website page). The kit I received was damaged, some items missing. No one ever apologised for the poor service. I would not recommend this provider to anyone

Save yourself an unnecessary stress & DO NOT BUY DAY 2&8 COVID TESTS WITH LABMEDEXPERT IN WOLVERHAMPTON. Pay more somewhere else but get reliable service in other place. I bought my Covid kit almost 48 prior to my travel, gave them correct data of mine, which is suffient time to prepare the kit for a client. My day 2 arrived on my real day 5 and my day 8 arrived on my real day 10. I made about 10 phone calls in total during that time. Initially, I was very kind & understanding of the situation caused by Royal Mail, but when I was given the same excuse for the 3rd time for any query I had, I stopped being patient which was around day 8. The only person there who is knowlegable enough to give you any 50/50 sensible response is lab manager. The rest of staff, I suppose, are some interns with fluffy English which Im barely able to understand. + On my day 9, I asked when is the day 8 kit coming and "lab assistant" is told me: "We have your day 2 results" - which I know more than well since couple of days having already my certificate!!! Seriously??!! Advise for lab - What about charging people 50£ more but provide reliable delivery with private courier - that would save clients' extra stress but the same for you, so you can work in more peaceful environment rather than non stop collect calls from angry clients + hopefully for you avoid being removed from governmental list.

Don't order your covid tests from this company, they will not send you any information on your order. It's now day 5 and I still haven't recieved my covid day 2 test even though it was ordered in day -2. That's 7 days and still unable to deliver a test, more and more I am thinking this is a scam company. Use anyone else.

Truthfully, the best experience I have ever had. I can't thank Kunle and Sharara enough for the super quality teaching and support.

It has been more than a year ago since I finished the course yet until now, I feel supported by Labmed Expert. Through Labmed expert referral I had many job offers but unfortunately, I couldn't take any of them due to personal circumstances. Recently, I had an interview for a BMS role. I'm very grateful for Kunle as he thoroughly prepared me with a mock interview despite the fact that the interview was short notice. If it wasn’t for this preparation, I don’t believe I would’ve got the job offer. A rewarding experience to say the least.

Although my job interview wasn't about a histopathology role, I used the transferable skills I have gained from the histopathology course at Labmed expert to answer the interview questions, giving me overall structure and confidence. The panel was very pleased with my knowledge in different areas such as quality assurance, health, and safety in the lab, attention to detail and how to spot discrepancies & writing a non-conformance report.

I completed my histology training just before the first lockdown at LabMedExpert. Prior to this I had no laboratory experience just from my time at university. Kunle and Sharara were so supportive and patient with me and l learnt so much and finally have had a conditional offer for a job, before this my application would always be rejected. Highly recommend anyone who has graduated in a science degree looking for experience.

A ROUTE TO SUCCESSUFUL CAREER IN BIOMEDICAL INDUSTRY
I enrolled in the Histology comprehensive training with LabMed Expert. Quiet challenging and very interesting at same time, my background is clinical chemistry but after the training I really want to continue with Histology.
The training provided include, specimen reception how to enter information on Slims, IHC, quality control, trouble shooting, teamwork, using of SOP’S and the standard way of working in NHS and private Laboratories.
On completion of this course I confidently send out job applications because of the knowledge and the experiences gained.
I was invited for several interviews (which the coordinator also prepared me over a zoom meeting and booked me for a hand on practical with the assistance of other staff.) And got about four jobs offers just weeks of completion of my course. This would not have been possible if my friend had not introduced me to LABMED EXPERT. Prior to that the response is you don’t have a UK experience.
I am presently working with a private laboratory, hoping to join Light house NHS laboratory in a couple of weeks. I would recommend this training to fresh graduate and anyone looking for a career in biomedical and health care industry.

I've enrolled on the Histology and Microbiology training at LabMedExpert. Both have different feel and flavour in it. But this I will say, the trainings were really intensive and hands on from day one(5 weeks). However, the challenge was on, plus my confidence was boosted week by week and I am now able to work independently or in a team, don't forget SOP's.

The Microbiology training covered everything from specimen reception, handling different sample types(wound, faeces, genital swabs, urine and throat), different agar plates(Blood, Chocolate, Chromogenic agars etc.,), biosafety cabinets and lastly, the scenarios involving laboratory trouble shooting is on point.

The LabMedExpert team(Kunle, Sharara, Grace and Harry) is outstanding, very knowledgeable and will guide you every step of the way.

When it comes to employability, I would rate it 100%. A month after I finished the training, I've applied for a position in a Lighthouse Laboratory and I got the job.

I would definitely recommend training at LabMedExpert if you need experience in the lab. It will give you a kickstart on a laboratory career.
