Moule Cannele
I recently ordered the Cannele Moule from Labo et Gato. The service was exemplary. Damien was very helpful and patient with me as I do not speak/read the French language. My shipment arrived and I can hardly wait to bake my first Cannele de Bourdeaux.

I am waiting for a final reciept which accounts for removal of VAT. Since I had to add additional shipping costs I have not received an updated invoice. So, not too pleased and I await the resolution.

Fantastic!
I ordered 12 canale molds for shipment to Seattle, WA USA. I received the items very quickly, in 8 days. The customer service representative replied to my question very quickly by email in perfect English. Although I can speak French, this was a nice convenience. The quality of the items is excellent, and the price is wonderful, even including shipping to the USA. I am a very happy customer.

I love this shop!
I get all my baking supplies and ingredients from this shop and have taken two of the ateliers de patisserie (macarons and eclairs). I always receive the best possible service! As an American I find all my hard to get ingredients in France like cream of tartar, meringue powder and cooking spray here. I also get all the molds and supplies I need for my French baking needs, like inverted sugar, extracts and high quality food dyes. I am now into making French bread and am getting my supplies for that here as well. I cannot say enough good things about the ateliers I've taken and I look forward to taking more as they are both educational and fun. The instructors are professionals who are dynamic and very generous with their knowledge. Whether I go to the shop in person or order online (delivery is so quick!) I am always a very happy customer.
