Don't use them!
Whatever you do, don't order from them! I spent 30 minutes with a sales rep explaining my project (pipe length and diameter, lift height, requirements, etc.). He recommended a Pedrollo pump. It was supposed to arrive the following week. It arrived two weeks later with the wrong fitting and only 1.5m of power cable. When I contacted them again to order a cable extension, another rep told me the pump wasn't suitable for my needs and that using it would void the warranty! I returned the pump via GLS. It took their logistics team 12 days just to realize everything had been returned in the original packaging. Then I was told it would actually take 14 days (not 1 or 2) to process the refund. I had to send email after email just to finally get my money back. A month wasted and dozens of trees dead because of their incompetence. Thanks, La Bonne Pompe!
