My experience at first was very good, I had quite a few exchange of emails with the support as I was having some issue with payment (all resolved) shipment was quick as well but then the package got returned from GLS after it was delivered to them by the company. The package never left the sorting center and it was just sent back to laboratoriumdiscounter.

Not a big deal, they said they were going to reship it asap and I just thanked them and waited for a new tracking.

It has been 4 working days since it was supposed to be shipped and nothing is happening. I don't mind a delay, what I really don't like is that they have stopped replying my emails, their last message was: we will ship it tomorrow as today it is national holiday here.

Radio silence since that day (last Thursday).

I have been always extremely polite in my communications and I'm not here complaining ablyt a small delay I'm here quite annoyed by them ignoring my emails. I'm traveling for work in the next few weeks and I need to understand the timeline of the package and to receive a tracking so I can redirect to a drop off point in case it is needed.

There are no excuses as the items were in stock and they were shipped promptly...so I really don't understand why they can't just reply to my email and give me a timeframe on when the order will be reshipped.

I'm more than willing to change the review rating if there is a quick resolution to the issue.

Extremely bad customer service. The order took more than a month to arrive in two deliveries. The second one never happened. When I contact customer service for help, the person speaks very badly by email. Few answers. He treats me as if I were stupid and didn't know how to read delivery information, track a tracking number or pick up a package. This is the second time I'm ordering from them. Every time I have a problem. It will be the last. I absolutely do not recommend!!!

The company is a scam. The order has been created 2 month ago and still is not sent. They don't answer emails or any other way.

Horrible Customer Service and Zero Communication
I have had a terrible experience with laboratoriumdiscount.nl. I placed an order for two items 20 days ago. After waiting 10 days with absolutely no updates, I called them, only to discover they had unilaterally put my entire order on hold because one item was out of stock. They never reached out to inform me; I had to chase them down myself to find this out. Furthermore, they had no restock date for the missing item.

Trying to be cooperative, I negotiated an alternative replacement item, even offering to pay extra, which they accepted. However, they still didn't ship my order. When I called again, they claimed the replacement item was in a German warehouse. I agreed to wait for the replacement but requested they immediately ship the item they already had in stock. Since then, I have received no tracking number, no news regarding dispatch, and the company has completely stopped responding to my communications. I highly recommend avoiding this store. Received my order after 30 days so updated the rating to 4/5 but damn the communication needs to improve so does the in stock/out of stock system.

I dont get the replay to my emails and calls. My shipment is in "Awaiting shipment" for two weeks after payment..

Good product. The downside is the long delivery time.

Everything was fine, they delivered what I wanted. They were the only store to offer food-grade Sodium Citrate at an acceptable price. I have been consuming it weekly and have not died yet.

Great chemical store. The purchase and shipping was smooth and transparent, prices are fair. I can highly recommend the store!

Placed an order late january, realised i made a mistake so i called customer service the next day to cancel the order (because you cant do that anywhere on the website), it gets cancelled, i expect the money to be back in my bank account within 10 business days, it doesnt happen so i send an email, i was given a very vague unhelpful answer about how the refund is in credits, which i dont want since im not planning on buying from this company again. Absolute nightmare of a company, bad customer service, bad everything.

Terrible customer support, asked by email about why the shipping is ultra expensive from the Netherlands to Slovenia (30€ for a 5 gram envelope) and received an email back with just "OK" written and absolutely nothing else, not even a "Hi" or "Hello", like they're making fun of their potential customers. Very unprofessional

The reply to this review just proves what I wrote about them. Very unprofessional for a company that sells such a serious thing as lab chems. I wouldn't expect this kind of treatment even from a company selling kids toys.

If I got this kind of treatment before even ordering, think about what kind of treatment you are going to get when something actually GOES WRONG with your order, as the other reviews have shown here as well. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I never demanded anything, I simply asked why the shipping price is 30€ as I haven't even paid that much for a whole box shipped anywhere, ever. Even if you're shipping a box it's an idiotic price for any shipping provider, so it's very apparent this is simply a markup on the price on your end disguised as "handling". The chemical I was asking about is not dangerous and does not need special packaging.

At this point it's not about the shipping price anymore, it's about your treatment of potential customers, which is sickening.

Keep calling me names, anyone that will read this and is in their right mind will avoid your company after reading this 100%.

Customer support not available, cant cancel my order in three weeks cause noone answers. Still order not shipped and i cant cancel it cause they dont respond on my mails wanting to cancel the fkin order. im angry af. Rude and short answer. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

I sent the laboratory an email about a missing product in the delivery with an attached photo of a report from them describing that the relevant product was missing from the delivery, but despite this, I have not received a response from them so far. If after this review they contact me to confirm the delivery of the missing product at their expense or to refund the funds, I will add it to my review.
To laboratoriumdiscounter regarding their comment under my review: Hello, I sent you several emails on 02.02.26, in which I described the situation and emails with photos of this document from your laboratory, and the waybill from the supplier, but you only replied that the order had been delivered. The last email I sent you was in the early hours of 10.02.26 before the start of the working day in the Netherlands and, since you did not reply to me during the day, in the evening after the end of the working day I wrote this review here. On the photo of the waybill that I sent you on 02.02.26, it is written that the weight of the shipment is 1 kg, and in reality the weight of my order should be at least 3.5 kg. I was delivered 2.5 kg, since 1 kg is missing from the shipment. sodium chlorite. In the photo of the document from the laboratory, in addition to the note that this 1 kg. sodium chlorite was not sent in the shipment, below the company inscription there is the name "Monica". It is unlikely that someone would write such a thing if they wanted to deceive you that this document was written and filled out by you. But the most important evidence, in my opinion, is the difference in the weight of the shipment that I received and the weight that was supposed to arrive according to my order on your site.

after reading all the negative reviews here i thought this is a scam, but actually i got my order delivered after a fair amount of time. So, all is fine.

ok Ordered some strontium aluminate which they said it will arrive in 1 to 2 weeks, waited for 4 weeks and still have not arrived in stock, then decided to cancel the order.Then waited for almost a month for money back, didnt happed and contacted them 2 times already but didnt got any answear from them yet!For sure Im not ordering anything from them…

Amazing experience! Such a vast inventory of TCI chemicals. Great place!
