Sending is very very slow

Sending is very very slow. It took a month to get them. I have no problem with slow delivery but client should be sent updates about it rather than a radio silence and the the client having to chase the platform.
Books are great though!

The preparation of the order and…

The preparation of the order and subsequent delivery were delayed, first by 14 July and then by the heatwave: in the end, the parcel arrived three weeks late at a time when I wasn’t there (so it was left on my doorstep, where it sat for a while).
As for the books, their condition generally matches the description, except for one which seems more damaged than expected. However, the edition I received does not necessarily match the edition I ordered or the one shown on the Bourse au livre website.

After a 16-day delay

After a 16-day delay, the order was finally shipped to a locker just two days before I left for vacation.
I wasn't sure I’d be able to pick it up in time.
I notified the website the week before I left, since orders are only held in lockers for five days.
Another order, placed ten days after the first one, arrived just three days later—much faster than the initial order.
