Excellent customer service from La Boutique Du Collier. After a few small gems fell out of my cross necklace after only a week of wear, I contacted them and received a reply very quickly. They were kind, understanding, and apologetic, and after I sent a photo they immediately arranged to send a replacement free of charge. They even told me I didn’t need to return the original item.
I was really impressed by how fast they responded and how straightforward they made the whole process. Mistakes can happen with any product, but it’s how a company deals with them that matters, and their customer service has been outstanding. Thank you for resolving the issue so quickly.
