I highly recommend Labrums as I was very impressed with the service provided. Very friendly but very professional and helped resolve my situation in a timely manner.

We used Labrums as our conveyancers for our sale and purchase of our new property. We were assigned Cassey-Ann Sharman as our conveyancer and I must say that we were delighted with her professionalism, determination and sheer consistency to get the chain over the line. We were in a very long chain and there were many complications but Cassey was pro-active emailing the onward chain every morning for updates and applying pressure making sure she would hit our move in deadline. We honestly can’t thank Cassey, Bethany and the whole team at Labrums enough!!

Cassey-ann Sharman recently completed conveyancing for our house sale. Her support and advice throughout the process was excellent and we were very impressed that she just got on with sorting things while the buyers and their solicitors seemed to be mucking around all the time.
