I recently purchased a Infrared sauna from La Casa Wellness and it was by and large a great experience. There were a couple of relatively minor issues: the bracket that came for the heater was incorrect, intended for a smaller heating unit. Fortunately, we adjusted the bracket that came with the heating unit and managed to get it to fit snugly. Additionally, there was a crack on the water container, but the team at La Casa Wellness was so gracious in quickly sending out a replacement. Thank you!

I was amazed at how carefully the shipment was packaged. However, I would urge the manufacturers to improve the instructions as some parts were difficult to follow.
