Requested a return multiple times, never received a response.
I received the product but the fit wasn’t right. I sent three emails in March to customer service to start the returns process, I still haven’t had a response.

Order 29th May and delivery received 12th June.
Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product and will not be wearing. Disappointed as online the set was very pretty and looked lovely. I will not be purchasing again.

Scam! - do not buy.
Ordered 3 sets of lingerie online and the company never delivered.
I write to them numerous times by e-mail and they just sent me a tracking number that was not valid.
After many mails requesting my products they just stopped responding.
Do not buy! - this is a completely fake company.

Came with in 1 week of ordering! Love the product, style and fabric are amazing. Sadly the set I bought and a gem that broke off in the wash on the initial wash. Set is still beautiful just disappointed it damaged easily and right away

No delivery after 4 weeks; No customer service
I placed an order with Lace and Lush on 27th May and was notified that it would be out for delivery on 8th June. On 10th June I got a notification to say there was a delay, and then the next day it said it was being returned to sender. I still have no idea why.
I have contacted Lace and Lush by e-mail 3 times and have received no response at all. As it’s been almost a month and I don’t believe the package is ever coming, I’d really like my money back… I’d be grateful if someone from Lace and Lush could get back to me (Ref number H01LFA0292771422).

Good quality garment for the price. I would recommend that the email explaining sizing that is sent after the purchase should be shared when you add the garment to the shopping cart. I kind of feel like I’m between sizing. I could have used a small for the top and medium for the bottoms. It would be convenient if you could specify individual sizes when ordering. Otherwise it’s a wonderful purchase
