Don’t waste your hard earned money
No guidance or help to order the right size band. Needless to say when it arrived the band was too small and tight on my wrist. Emailed the retailer, offered to let me keep the band and offered a discount on another in the right size. Why on earth would I keep a band that doesn’t fit and spend more on another one? No mention of a refund.

I purchased lace bands for my partner…
I purchased lace bands for my partner for the festivity of Christmas. The order came before the expected delivery date shown on the tracker (Positive). THIS WAS DURING A POSTAL STRIKE. Lace Bands kept me informed at every stage of process. product review - My partner had the standard Iwatch and hated the plastic straps they provided. Since using the Lace Bands she has been very impressed (Even falling asleep with her watch on one night they are that comfortable) - She had praised both colour and comfort with this product and it has got me plenty of Brownie points - Well Done Lace Bands will be purchasing in the future.

I'm really surprised that you don't have more reviews . I'm always sceptical trying new websites but I clearly must leave you a worthy review. I purchased my strap online. I ordered the wrong size clicking XS instead of M but I sent you an email right away to change my status. You responded quickly. Yesterday I received my strap. Fixed it to my iwatch right away and placed it on my hand. Wish I’d checked trustpilot before…
UPDATED:
So I actually received the watch strap yesterday, and it’s nice, but as someone with thin small/skinny wrists it’s SO tight!! I got the strap for the right size Apple Watch but it’s way to small!! So annoyed as I’m not sure it’ll ever really stretch enough to be comfortable. Will attempt to rerun and get a replacement but given reviews that looks unlikely. So annoyed! Had given two stars for speed of delivery but reduced to one.
Wish I’d checked trustpilot before ordering! Kicking myself too as I usually know better with Instagram adverts… ordered a new strap for my watch, no sign of it yet and just checked the tracking and it’s estimating Jan 26, 2023 - Feb 05, 2023 I wouldn’t have ordered had I known it would take that long…. No clue where I’ve ordered from, and given the reviews I’m now also worried about quality of the strap and if unhappy it looks unlikely I’ll get a refund or be able to return. Really annoyed.

Scammers
The bands you get that are not the same that are on the stock photos. Look at the pictures on the website people have sent in. They are narrow and not the same as the stock pics the company have put up. Also the connection is cheap plastic and not metal as in the pictures. Be very weary.
Secondly, they do not offer refunds. They site hygiene reasons. Unbelievable. But they won’t even refund if you take the band out of the packaging to inspect the band. So they are scammers. There is no way to check the item without becoming void for a refund

Great Quality
The quality of the bands is really good and they are a lot more comfortable than the standard bands you get with the Apple Watch. Dispatch speed is really good. One possible improvement would be allowing returns only because size charts may not always be 100% accurate and people might need to change size after trying on.

Size guide needs updating
Bought 3 bands for a 44mm watch
Great quality, however size guide requires updating. Bought the small size per size guide and is too big. Watch slides about, doesnt fit snag as should.
Recommend double checking with creator to get correct fit

Wrong sizes, no returns
The sizes do no match Apple’s sizes despite using their own translation table. And it was not possible to return them although the bands were in same condition and packaging as they arrived in. And since I ordered 3 (because I trusted their sizes), it is a lot of money I cannot get back.
Instead I was offered a discount code to spend more money with them. No thanks.
