Apple pay defaults to £19.99 delivery which is only Royal mail tracked 24.

Ordered Nike trainers on December 19th…
Ordered Nike trainers on December 19th 2025 no order number sent zero literally nothing sent ! Then told out for delivery by Royal Mail. To then not get this parcel. I email and was told 30 days later that they where delivered Royal Mail have proof I ask for the proof and to be told case closed and no more can do with zero proof provided. Email laced and Royal Mail zero replied.
No parcel no refund no explanation or proof. Don’t trust laced in this whole thing atall! Don’t use them

I paid £19.99 for 'guaranteed' next day delivery but the item didn't arrive until the day after. That's a ridiculous amount even for fast delivery especially after spending £168!

Absolutely horrible customer service…
Absolutely horrible customer service and a fraud company. Ordered 2 pairs of Yeezey trainers and both were wrong size and somehow that's my fault according to this fraud company.
Do not buy from them.

VERY EXPENSIVE PARCEL LEFT ON DOORSTEP WAS STOLEN NOTHING DONE TO HELP RESOLVE THIS
Bought very expensive shoes for my daughters birthday they arrived with minimal delivery instructions from both themselves and Royal Mail the parcel was then left on the front doorstep and it was taken I’ve since been messaging to ask for a resolution for this coz I’m losing nearly £170.00 no consideration I’m out the country due to ill health of my auntie so not even able to chase anything up very very unhappy and disappointed in this never will
