Awesome customer service, forgot to add my unit # to the address so the laces never showed up initially, got in contact and they were super quick to respond and get me taken care of! Awesome product!

Lace lab made the mistake of not adding gunmetal tips to my mocha laces, as ordered. I reached out to customer service and Gennessis quickly responded and sent out another pair of laces with the tips added via priority mail at no charge! It’s nice to have that extra sense of security knowing you’re dealing with a company that prioritizes customer service, will definitely be ordering more products from Lacelab in the near future! Thank you Gennessis, special shout out to you!

Great company and great product!!! Saw orders take 3-10 business days, but I ordered mine on Monday and got them Thursday of the same week!!! Would buy from them again!!!

Their customer service was great! The purchasing process was straight forward. After I completed the purchase they reached out to ensure the credit card used for the transaction was legitimate. The instructions were clear and the responses were immediate. I appreciate the quality of their customer service personnel. The laces look amazing on my dunk lows and are great quality too. Will definitely buy again.

I had an issue on my order from no fault of LaceLab but still, they wanted to make it right. They went above and beyond to provide customer support. Highly recommend doing business with them!

I purchased 3 pairs of laces from this company. I got email conformation that it ship stating that is should arrive within 3 to 10 business days. The bad thing about this shipment was they charge me for shipping but did not provide me a tracking number. Twelve business days later, I still haven't receive my order. So, I emailed the customer service and they replied saying that they are not responsible if order was lost during transportation but was nice enough to replaced the lost order and this time with the tracking number. Four days later I received the replacement but only got 2 out of the 3 laces I ordered. After all this trouble, I will never ever use this site again and will not even recommend it to my friends and family.

I bought a pair of the "Off-White" style shoe laces and they are great!!! They arrived in a week, as promised. They make my shoes look so much better, for super cheap. Definitely will be buying again.

Just bad people. Two years on from writing to them about an issue they finally respond. They are not customer-focused, more profit focussed and I implore anybody whose a first time buyer to just stay away - it’s not worth it and you’ll likely only be left disappointed with the company ignoring you or telling you it’s your own fault.

Scam of a company - left a 1 star review on their website but they never published it. Laces are cheap, thin and nothing like the OG Yeezy's or NMD's as they advertise. Since they were only $20 for 3, it wasn't worth my time returning them so I did use them, and they literally fell apart in 2 months! Again, what's bothersome is that they are putting fake reviews on their site, and not posting the negative reviews at all.
