Sizing well and truly off & no refunds

Sizing well and truly off, a house full of swimmers and a size that would fit one of 3 if it was one way or the other was not suitable for any. Very limited sizing options, delivery long and pricey when you’ve got no idea what the fitting will be and you will NOT get a refund just credit to keep wasting sending back and forth as everything is on a “sale”.

COMPLETE FRAUDS & THEIVES

Literally, the worst company I’ve ever done business with in 17 years of doing business. They are con artists, liars, and when we were working together, they perpetrated fraud almost every single day.

They would lie about sending wires, and give FAKE wire transfer “receipts“. Every word out of their mouth was a lie, And I’ve watched them commit fraud countless times. When caught, they started making unscrupulous threats. They have drag so many unknowing people through the mud. They also don’t pay their employees, contractors, or creditors that are constantly screwing everyone over. Avoid at all costs!!!

I worked for them...

The worst job experience I ever had. They are scammers and i was totally taken advantage of. As for Morgan she is lovely so all you fans rest assured this was the owners doing and she was just unfortunately associated. Their other employee felt the same. It was just horrendous. Took months to receive my final pay.

Ordered face masks at the beginning of…

Ordered face masks at the beginning of pandemic. Took about 3 weeks and an email to receive expensive masks. Only two sided... Not adequate for safety. Cheap. Looks like a balloon on your face. Bad design. Should not be in business. Bad customer service and product. So tired of this.

I wish I had seen this page before I…

I wish I had seen this page before I ordered. I never received my order and the company didn't reply to my email. After seeing this I realize I fell for a scam company. I just never thought something with such great social media presence would be fraudulent. How do you report companies like this?

1.) I never received my order
2.) NO ONE responds to my 10 emails in the past month
3.) I was charged and I want my money back

They are scammers I cannot believe celebrities use them.

I purchased a dress on May 25th - Never Got It

I purchased a dress on May 25th, 5 weeks ago. I've never received a reply to the 3 customer service emails I sent inquiring about the status as it said it would ship in "3-5 business days". There is no other way to contact them so I guess I'll trash them on reviews.

This company is horrible!

This company is horrible!! The first time I purchased from them was because I loved the Lauren Elizabeth Collection ribbed sets. I received half of my order but the other half was not sent to me until 5 months after I purchased! I asked for a refund rather than the items and they said they could not do that and they were simply backed up... The only way to contact this company is through email and the email responses are rude and not helpful. I finally received my items. 2 things I wanted to return. I wanted a refund back onto my card so I would not have to deal with this company ever again. They did not give me a refund, and instead store credit for my items because it was more than 14 days. But I waited 5 months to get them!!!! I didn't have them within 14 days but they did not care or grant an exception. Because I had store credit, I had to order from them again. I did not want to get clothes because of my prior experience, so I got a yoga mat and bala weight kit because I knew I would not need to make a return and then would be done with this company. My order came. They yoga mat arrived, and the weight packaging arrived but not the weights......!!! They shipped the packaging WITHOUT THE WEIGHTS WHICH WAS HALF OF MY ORDER!!!! I have tried to contact them..... no reply. Tried 2 more times, NO REPLY!!!! Never order from this company!!! I cannot emphasize that enough because the company is absolutely horrible and you will lose your money!!! This was the worst experience from a store I have ever had before! Don't waste your time or money!

WORST. COMPANY. EVER

Literally wish I could give them zero stars.
I was mixed up in the whole LE Collection scam as well. I received one of my items. But not the other.
STILL. WAITING. FOR. A. REFUND!!!!
Initially (WHEN THEY WERE ACTUALLY RESPONDING TO ME!), they were only giving me boiler plate responses, like "we're backed up, sorry". I don't believe that for a second. This whole debacle started in November. It's now JUNE. And they have been radio silent since March. I can't express how terrible this company is. They are liars and scammers. Don't buy anything from them ever. And if you're an influencer, DON'T get into business with them. You'll regret it and lose lots of money.

Don’t waste your money

I was really excited about the Morgan Stewart Sport collection based off of the promos she posted on Instagram. When I ordered my products in May 2020, I got a pair of the pitch black leggings in a L and the pitch black sports bra in a M (my normal sizes). I could barely even get the leggings over my thighs. I’m 5 ft 7 in and 150 pounds, and usually wear between a size 6 and 8 in pants and these were SO small. I then tried on the sports bra (I’m a small 34B/medium in shirts) and it fit like an XS. I couldn’t even get it over my shoulders. I actually thought they sent me a kids bra. The bra also arrived without a tag.
I emailed Customer Service asking if I could return the items and they said I could only get store credit or exchange them because the items I bought were on sale. There was no mention of that detail in their return policy when I first bought the items. I waited for the items to go on sale because the products are expensive for what they are. I also saw a promo code which made me more inclined to buy them.
I asked if they had larger sizes in both the leggings and the bra because I just thought maybe they ran small and “Tyler” said that they only offered both items in a large and that is the biggest size (so not size inclusive). “Tyler” did issue me store credit for the amount that I paid minus the amount I paid for shipping.
I find it very strange that everyone who references who they spoke with at customer service in their reviews says they spoke to Tyler. I don’t think Tyler is a real person. All of it is just shady.
Back when I was waiting for a response from customer service, I posted a comment on the Morgan Stewart Sport Instagram page asking if the products ran small and nobody responded and a few days later my comment was deleted.
I’m never going to spend the store credit I have. These are such low quality items. The fabric was itchy and barely stretches and the sizing is incorrect. I really wish I read all of the reviews that multiple people have posted before I even bothered wasting my time with LA Collective and Morgan Stewart Sport. I’m out over $100.
All of the positive reviews on this site cannot be real. There’s no way that any real person has had a positive experience with LA Collective and Morgan Stewart Sport.

I chose to write my review today to hopefully help someone else from making the same mistake.

Now with the new Morgan Stewart Sport collection coming out, let this be a warning to anyone who thinks they should invest in this headache. Don’t do it.

Best shopping experience possible !!

LA Collective is my favorite online site. They always deliver the best shopping experience possible. They have the best brands and customer service around. I highly recommend shopping here. Im a returning customer of over 2 and half years. Cant wait for the next launch ! Sooooo excited !!

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. You can’t charge someone for an item they never received. I never received my item because it was “back ordered” for months and after making multiple requests in writing, they did not process my refund. It has been SIX MONTHS and I still do not have the money that is rightfully owed to me for an item that never shipped. I am still fighting with them and my bank to get the money refunded.

The worst company ever!!!

The worst company ever!!!! I purchased a Set from the Elizabeth collection that launched back in November. I purchased the black sweater, the leggings and the bralette. I only received the bralette but never received the sweater and leggings. They reached out to me saying they were unable to fulfill my order because they had issues with the supplier. They offered me the beige color which I refused because I already had that one. Then they offered me store credit which I said no because I didn’t want anything else from their website. So I asked for a refund. They agreed to refund me the two items. Till today I still haven’t received my refund! I have emailed them multiple times and they don’t respond anymore! I contacted my bank and opened up a dispute. They finished investigating and these ******** sent my bank an old email where all the items had “tracking number” so according to them, they delivered all my items! Which they didn’t! They sent me two different tracking numbers. One tracking number had all the items and the other tracking number was only the bralette which is the only thing I got!! The tracking number with all the items, when I check it, it still says usps labels created. It was never shipped out!! Luckily, I have the emails and conversations and the tracking numbers. I’m going to reopen the dispute and show my bank all this. Hopefully they are able to get my money back :( please stay away from this company. They don’t care about their customers. I wish I could upload pictures of the conversation and the tracking numbers so you guys could see how shady they are!!

Absolutely Terrible

Absolutely terrible. I am heartbroken and out over $200. I have been waiting for my refund from a canceled order since the beginning of January. I don't think I will ever get my money back and have no idea where to go for here. I emailed them multiple times and got the same automated email saying my refund will be processed in 2 weeks and of course it was never processed. I cant believe they are getting away with this and that anyone would ever align themselves with this company. Please be careful when thinking about buying from them.

THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

I placed my order in early November, and after nearly three months of waiting for it to arrive, cancelled the order and was promised a refund. Then I waited six more weeks, and my refund never processed. I wrote to customer care and they said they would issue my refund immediately. Another six weeks went by, and still no refund. I again emailed cusomer care and they promised to issue the money ASAP. My refund still has not arrived. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Pathetic Customer Service, This Company Is a Scam

Bought two items from them in November 2020. One of them was received over a week late. The other item never came (they were pre-ordered together for the same shipping date). Contacted customer service about this in. They said they understood my frustration about the missing item and I could either continue waiting because they were experiencing delays, or get a refund. I immediately chose a refund. I was told to wait 14 business days for the refund to go through. 14 business days later, there is no refund. Emailed again, I was told they were backed up and the refund was being processed. Wait another 14 business days. Here we are after the SECOND "14 business days", still no refund in site. Honestly surprised this company is still in business it should be investigated for fraud. Have been telling everyone I know about this scam of a company, so be warned.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER! They will never send you items that are "backordered" and I am still waiting on a refund over a month after they promised it. They also told me they would only refund one of my items if I deleted my negative google review. Is that legal?
