The company sent my order too long

It took a week to sent my order. I would like to hear something like this "we will send your order in a week or so one" before I made an order.

I received my order after all.

I recommend you improve your customer care and delivery services.

Terrible customer service

UPDATE2: This is a scam company. Avoid at all costs. 1) They claimed they were responsive when they were not. 2) They mentioned that I left 4 negative reviews and removed when they ONLY received negative reviews AND made the same comment towards all the negative comments. 3) They initially claimed that I didn’t make a purchase and only updated when I included the order # in reviews. 4) They mentioned my leaving negative reviews about missing packages after I specifically mentioned that as an influencer, I receive a high volume of packages and international packages that are lost in transit and sent them screenshots and they proceeded to use that against me.
Update: They are making a false claim about us not purchasing when our order is Order #5282. They refuse to respond to our 5+emails and we still haven't received our refund for the missing order - AVOID SCAM AT ALL COSTS!!!!
We did not receive our items nor have we heard any response from the customer service team, despite leaving 4+ emails, which is completely unacceptable!! We spent close to $200 and customer service is completely MIA

After reviewing your order, we can confirm that there has been extensive (and at times irregular) communication regarding this order. Your order was shipped and successfully delivered on June 2, 2025 at 2:42 PM EDT, with full tracking and clear photo evidence showing delivery to your front door and unit.

Given this, it's very concerning to see continued claims that the order was not delivered. You are fully aware of the tracking history and the delivery confirmation, so we find these accusations misleading.

Your statement that we did not respond to your emails is also false. Our team maintained active communication with you throughout, providing order confirmation, shipping details, delivery updates, and proof of delivery.

We also noted that you posted 4 - nearly identical one-star reviews across four other brands citing the same issue. Since we raised concerns about this, those reviews have since been removed, further raising doubts about the credibility of your claims.

To anyone reading this: We serve thousands of satisfied customers each month and take great pride in our customer service, transparency, and product quality. We are always available to resolve genuine issues and encourage open, honest communication.

Most unprofessional company ever

Ordered and paid $15 extra for USPS Express Shipping since I was leaving the country. The company instead shipped it with a budget slow shipping alternative which resulted in the parcel arriving after we had left.

They then rejected my chargeback request and sent in fake evidence to the respective banks. At the time of my ordering, they had nothing in their shipping policy mentioning that when paying for USPS Priority shipping it could be any courier, but have since added this and that is the evidence they submitted to the bank. Don't believe me? Just check the internet archive and check the difference in their shipping policy from early december until now. Truly pathetic.

The responses from customer service was also extremely unprofessional and it is clear that this is run by someone very young without any business experience, which also makes me question how good the product is. Perhaps I was lucky in not receiving it, but I paid $115 for nothing.

Shameful & pathetic "company".

We’re disappointed to see this review filled with personal attacks and misrepresentation of facts — though sadly, it reflects the aggressive tone you used throughout our customer service exchanges, which we respectfully called out at the time. That may well be the real reason behind this review.

To be clear: you shipped your order to an Airbnb and left before the parcel arrived. Rather than working with us toward a resolution, you filed a chargeback with your own bank and stopped communicating.

We are not able to — nor would we ever — send “fake evidence.” What we did provide was a very complete and transparent record of our communications from day one, along with verified shipping details, carrier information, timestamps, and receipts. This not only showed the expected and professional steps we took to fulfill your order, but also the tone and manner in which you chose to engage. Despite that, we stayed focused on resolving the matter professionally. Your bank ultimately sided with us — not because of “fake evidence,” but because the facts were clear.

As any responsible business would, we’ve since clarified our shipping policy to improve communication and prevent future misunderstandings of the basics. That said, your case was assessed according to YOUR bank’s process and the policy in place at the time of your order. Banks have these systems for a reason: to fairly evaluate claims based on evidence from both sides.

What’s most unfortunate is your attempt to discredit a business that’s genuinely working to help people — all for the sake of trying to “win” an argument. Integrity matters, and this review speaks more to yours than to ours.
