The hand bag was a gift it seems good quality arrived on time
The only issue I have was the packaging now I never marked it down was thinking about it. The handbag arrived in there only packaging box wrapped in cello tape for some reason the box was squashed now I now this wasn’t there fault it was the courier. But once I got past that and opened the box it looked as if it had been wrapped by a four year it was a terrible job. Paper just screwed up bag half wrapped it was very poor.
So packaging and presentation deserve a one star rating.
But overall happy with the product

Bought one of their phone bags for my daughter and very impressed. It's really high quality and has this genius system where you can swap charms based on mood. Ideal really, great for a girl very into sustainable fashion.

I got my ChiChi Multi bag in Woodstock. I originally saw it online, but when I heard that they were planning to set up a pop-up store in Oxford I decided to visit the store. All the bags — and the charms — are REALLY LOVELY AND STYLISH, and there are lots of options to choose from. I would highly recommend Lacylou London and look forward to the next pop-up event 😊

My handbag arrived so quickly and was beautifully packaged, bag is even more beautiful than the photos, so many charms to choose from it was hard to choose just five but they are absolutely stunning and I know I will be going back for more, I highly recommend.
