Cole stock was extremely helpful in finding a solution that may work for me "time will tell fingers crossed" but Cole was very personable, professional, friendly, overall just a pleasant guy to deal with. If I could give a lower score I would. They sent out a mailer for pre-selected loan. I called the number they hung up. They called me 2days later and no one was on the line. They called again several days later and wanted to do "2" soft pulls on my credit and asked if I approved. I said, ah don't you want to tell me more about the loan? How much is is the loan and terms? He stated he didn't know and wouldn't until he did the TWO soft pulls and asked again if I approved, my answer was no, HE HUNG UP ON ME. JERK.
