Where is the order? a month gone by

Placed an order over a month ago, still no tracking number. I have an email with an order number, payment has been received, but can’t find the order: now when I try to find the order i receive an error message. Please advise, how can I either find out when this order is arriving or cancel and get a refund

Still waiting for my items

Still waiting for my items. I can re rate when I get them. It usually take a REALLY, REALLY long time to get my items but I usually like them when I finally get them.

“I responded back right away yesterday morning from my other Aol address since that’s where I paid from and you responded.. Been over 24 hours. I wrote “ are you saying the multicolor blouse is no longer in stock? The Harley T-shirt is? I love both of them, particularly the blouse, but if one is out of stock and no longer available, please just ship me what is available and refund me the rest. Otherwise, I will wait but would appreciate an update on this order since I never received any sort of notice concerning your delays about this. I order online all the time and never experienced this sort of delay”. Thank you.

I've tried reaching out several times via email/phone but to no avail. I was told when my item pulled up it was in the process of shipping. I paid for this over a month ago in the amount of $40.98 to piufashion limited and I paid with my paypal account. It was for two items/blouses that I was truly excited about receiving. Transaction id is: 81M13276A1511603J and invoice id is: LG4103282206 I will add that this is the second time I ordered through ladygo and my only complaint was it took about 3-4 months to arrive. I would really appreciate a response as soon as possible and am writing here since there was no where else to go. Thank you. Jane

I ordered my shirts on 4/10/21

I ordered my shirts on 4/10/21. They should have arrived 7-14 business days, I am now on day 17! There is no way to access them and there has been no update. This is highly suspect. I want a total refund! $167.90 My order number is: LG6328359982 A horrible way to do business. Whatever items are out of stock, please refund me immediately and provide tracking on what you are sending.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible, I placed an order over a month ago, still don’t have it, found a phone number that clearly went to another country, the guy barely spoke English, told me to f off and good luck getting my money back and hung up on me.

I want the entire order cancelled

Their customer service was spot on

Their customer service was spot on. I had an issue with my order, I still do technically but its not due to their lack of service but that the item is out of stock. They answered right away and took care of my issue asap. Id shop here again cant wait to get my 2nd half of my order

Want my money back

Dear Laddygo, I've checked my email to see where my items are at. They are stuck somewhere in CA have not been scan since 05-07-21. I've spent a lot of money on my items and have not received my item that I ordered and my orders should have been here by now. The site is great just have to work out a few corks

The site is great .. however very misleading when it comes to their shipping policy. I ordered items that were 24 hour shipped . Waited 3 weeks and still missing 1 shirt . Not all items were supposed to be shipped within 24 hours however one still on hold after four weeks , but I was very happy with the product once they got here. Can’t go wrong with the blouses . They run large , so I recommend that you order one size down. No problem with clothing but I’m a 7.5 USA so I ordered 40. Way too big , but Since I like the pair of shoes that were too big I am ordering two more pair only smaller once they return an email . I will say they’re communicating back-and-forth with emails is very good. Response time on returning an email is within 24 hours, so overall I’m going over halfway there with three stars..

I order a dress on the 16th of March and still waiting for it to be delivered .The tracking order still not changed since the purchase.I tried to get intouch with someone but all I get back is an automatic reply. Just wonder, will I ever receive my item or my money back?

I have ordered stuff in the past and have been pleased with the clothing however it just takes too long! I placed an order on 4-1-2021 and many items said it would ship within 24 hours but still it is processing??? I can just take my money elsewhere so I can get the items when I need them.
