Ordered fabric in the sale and my order had been missed. They very quickly answered my query through facebook and rectified that, sending it out the very next day. Fabrics are gorgeous and very well packaged. I would definitely order again based on how they handled the issue that arose, as I think that's how you can tell a lot about a company. Fabrics are stunning and very good quality.
Beautiful fabric!! I just received my fabric and my expectations have been far exceeded. Delivery was slow so worth bearing in mind depending your needs (it was 2 weeks between order and arrival within the same country), but it was well worth the wait and price. I will be re-ordering this fabric, I love it. Also I appreciated the nice packaging and next order discount. I also contacted customer services and got a fast reply. Thank you
I have ordered fabric from this company on four occasions now and every time they send me a beautifully wrapped parcel. All the fabric has been cut the correct length (and, not torn at an approximately correct length like some other online fabric websites). I could not ask for a better service, and frequently the prices for the fabric is the same or less than a well known discounted fabric website. Customer service is prompt and very good. Good shipping rates. (Comparable with most online merchants these days).
Admittedly, they sell their own label fabric, (but there is also a section for accessories) but their fabric has always been very good quality when I have bought it directly from them. (and not via another online merchant).
