Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect, delivery was fast. Only one thing is the sizing. Im xs-s and dress xs with checking centimeters is too big.

I used to have great experiences with Lady Pipa. One to two years ago, when I ordered dresses from Belgium, they arrived within 2–3 days — very fast delivery.
This time, however, my experience has been disappointing. I placed an order 8 days ago, and it has only just arrived at the hub in France. Now, I received an email from Trustpilot asking me to leave a review for a dress that hasn’t even arrived yet

Size guide was incorrect, should be in between S and M according to the guide. Ordered a size S in a dress and could’ve gotten an XS. Sizing is true to size but confusing chart.

First review I've ever written
I’ve never written a review before, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order and both dresses didn't fit like on the model (much shorter even though the model is taller than me). I requested a return three days ago, but never received a return label and now nearing the end of the 15-day return window.
Despite multiple daily follow-ups by email, phone, and DMs, I’ve received no response. Terrible customer service. Only order if you’re 100% sure you won’t need to return anything. I spent over €400 and may need to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
