The secretary, who obviously has delusions of grandeur and thinks herself a doctor, won't refill a stronger painkiller than can be found at the pharmacy, because apparently, they "don't give stronger painkiller if you use it only sometimes". In other words, if you are not in constant pain, but are in great pain right now, you can't have the medicine that will help you. This "medical" office should be closed just on account of this secretary, because you have to fight with her to get an appointment with the actual doctor. She has to be doctor's wife or family, because in any normal doctor's office she would be kicked out a long time ago. Not to mention doctors who order bloodwork and then don't even look at it, don't check for side effects when prescribing medicine, so they end up making the state of the patient WORSE instead of better (twice!!!) and always want to just wait and see, even if you request referral to the specialist. For some reason, they really don't like to refer patients to the specialist. My recommendation is to avoid this office at all costs.
