AWFUL! Money taken Twice only 2 items received

Placed an order on 20th April for 3 items.
As I didn't receive an email for this order straight away (thinking I had forgotten to press the send button). I ordered the items again with a slight variation but used a different account. Then I noticed on my email that both the orders had gone through and money taken form both accounts!
I decided to wait and then return the duplicate items once they'd arrived.
After a week I sent several emails asking when my items would be delivered, I was told they were in transit! They eventually arrived on the 7th May! however only two items arrived!
To add insult to injury I checked my bank account this morning to see the company had taken money out of BOTH accounts !
I would advise anyone not to purchase from this company as the goods come form CHINA and the one item of clothing I received was cheap looking.
Beware.

Later I checked my bank account and saw that my payment had been taken twice. I placed the first order from a Mastercard account and the second from a visa CC account!

Prompt, positive response

Happy to say I had an immediate response from Le Femme following my previous review. They have fully refunded the payment I made for the two items I wasn’t happy with and will buy from them in the future.

I had a great experience with this shop! I reached out about returnering a order, and their customer service was incredibly kind and responsive. They quickly processed a refund and even let me keep the item. I really appreciate the smooth and thoughtful service—highly recommend!

I purchased a number of items

I purchased a number of items. The items I kept were of good quality and fit. The return process was easy and efficient. My refund was quick to be returned.
My suggestion for improvement is sizing. Your xl fits like a medium or large perhaps make an xxl to fit larger frames.

Didn’t receive my order

I ordered a pair of trousers in March, they were dispatched but I never received them 3 weeks later. After sending an email asking where my order was, only then was I informed that they were out of stock and they didn’t know when the item would be back in stock. I got a refund but disappointed I didn’t get my order.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed with the quality of items ordered.
Elegant Bishop Sleeve Draped Top - This item arrived squashed into a bag for a garment half the size. It’s made of cheap satin material - if the website had stated it was satin I wouldn’t have ordered it! Oh and the buttons in the cuffs are plain red shirt buttons not pearl decorated ones as in the website photo.
Bohemian Style Triple Layer Pearl Necklace - disappointment again. Website shows a necklace of varying sizes if pearls making up the three strand necklace - not on the one that was delivered to me they are all the same diameter and each strand is linked to the next with a thin gold coloured metal bar - the picture in the website shows they are separate strands and not linked together.

Very serious

Very serious. The item didn't suit me and given the low price they offered me a refund without a return (which would have cost more than the dress). I appreciated the speed of their response.

Return policy was seamless!!

One of three items I ordered I had to return and the experience was seamless. The customer service is great. Got a response right away and the issue was resolved! Good information if you're thinking of purchasing any items and I must say you can't be at the prices for quality items!

Bad quality and returns policy

Same as most reviews. Unclear return policy. Youve got to send back to China in 14 days, which will cost more than the purchases. They also said theyve sent me a returns label and still havent. I also emailed them saying theres marks on the clothing and still heard nothing back.

This order was disappointing

This order was disappointing. I ordered a striped tee shirt that turned out to be a polyester jumper. And a flowing cream jumper that was small and not flowing. The communication and delivery were in contrast excellent.

Disappointed.

Clothes received. One item fitted the other needs to be returned as too small and not as described. Description stated cotton & linen however the item is 100% polyester. Customer services quick to respond but won’t be ordering from them again.
