I would leave 0 if I could. A terrible company that keeps changing it's name now Morgan-London. The clothing is terrible and wouldn't even be to be a duster. Total false misleading advertising. Customer service do answer your emails but in the middle of the night and they are like robots. DON'T EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Scam artists now trading as Morgan London - claiming linen clothes and sending cheap polyester - stating that I have to pay return postage to China so I have raised a dispute with my credit card company

Ordered what appeared to be a gorgeous linen dress which looked appropriate for my holiday but it took over 6 weeks to finally arrive from China…

Linen? Is it hec. It’s awful polyester fabric and is so badly made.

The arms were so narrow I couldn’t get them past my elbows and the chest wouldn’t even go over my shoulders.

Please DO NOT be fooled into buying from this company - ITS UTTER RUBBISH.

Appalling company, complete hoax. Rubbish clothes and other website's photo displays used. Take it down.

I so wish I had read reviews before I bought from this site. What a horrible experience. The dress is dreadful and I honestly didn't think any garment could be so badly made. They say I will have to pay shipping back to China - probably cost more than the dress - and they probably rely on people thinking it's just too much trouble.

This company is in China. I ordered a dress which is so badly made that I would never wear it. The company states that it's in London, so definitely a scam. I have fallen for it and am so ashamed of myself! The dress is of very cheap material and you can see every stitch. I have no doubt I'm going to have to send it back to China, but whether I get a refund or not is up in the air!

LaFoxy London (aka Lumin London and others) is saying in their advert that they are rated excellent in 1276+ Trust Pilot reviews. They also said the dress I stupidly ordered was linen. They implied the dress was coming from a company in London. The dress took over 6 weeks to arrive from the far east. It was polyester and poorly made. It looked nothing like the photo in their advertisement. Their returns policy is worded so that they are able to refuse any return. Buyer beware of these scam artists.

This company advertised a dress for sale on FB, all looked good, stating the dress was Linen! I ordered one. Eventually arrived after several weeks, didn’t realise it was coming from China.
The dress is definitely not linen, it’s a cheap very badly made garment of a synthetic fibre.
Ok, I want to send this back for a full refund, has to go back to china, this is supposed to be the company’s ‘hassle free returns’ policy!
After several emails, they offered me 30 % refund and keep the garment !
This company has advertised a garment that has been misrepresented, not only the fabric but the inference of a London registration.

I just bought a dress from this company but when trying on was too small. I then asked for guidance re refund and was told that order was sent as requested and that I could return dress to CHINA or accept refund of 20% despite website stating full refund with 30 days if not satisfied. I sent screen shot of their terms & conditions asking for explanation and surprise surprise no response.
