Sizing is completely incorrect
Sizing is completely incorrect. I have never seen a US size 6 equate a 37. The shoe was 1-2 sizes too big. This happened with a previous boot purchase as well.
I tried to contact customer service to exchange but never heard back.
There was no way to exchange the product using the online return option despite multiple similar options in smaller sizes being available. Furthermore, I was expected to pay an additional shipping charge on an already pricy product.
I have purchased many pairs in the past but am unlikely to make any future purchases based on this experience.

Pretty, sturdy, and unique! Highly recommend!
I had seen this brand several years ago but did not want to risk purchasing flip flops internationally. I’ve really not seen anything like the styles they carry anywhere else though, so I finally bought a pair. It was a great decision! I got Seri SSG Leather Sandal Tribal in a size 9 US/40EU and they fit perfectly. I thought they felt stiff at first but they’re not, they are easy to walk in and sturdy (well made). I love the color and style options, I’ll have to get another pair!
