Love the items I have purchased so far. Ive bought the toothbrush and my mouth has that professional clean every time I go to brush. As well as I bought the toothbrush storage case and i love to carry my toothbrush on the go and it keeps my toothbrush from being exposed to germs. Love my stuff

Misleading advertising (says 100% risk free trial but then when you want to return says you need to pay for shipping). And the product is not a good quality the temperature is so low.

After 2 weeks payment decided to chase the order and customer service said sorry we haven’t post it yet… after few minutes they send me a fake tracking number so I told them to cancel my order. I order it for my niece’s birthday and tried to do it earlier to make sure I can give this gift which was her dream to have on time but now I have paid for an item which I never received , haven’t got my money back and couldn’t order anything for her birthday. Absolutely disgraceful service. Now I should try to get my money back if they are not scam.

Kind and quick customer service! Excellent product

This is the best dryer I have ever used. I am a hairdresser and this dryer dries the hair so fast and it is lightweight. I love all the attachments that come with it especially the diffuser. I recently bought a second dryer for home use and I love it. I have short curly hair and used the diffuser and it dried my hair so fast without any frizz. I highly recommend this dryer!

**Update: Laifen contacted me apologizing profusely and issued my refund...right after I left the below review. I'm glad they care about their reputation but I wish they had handled it better, faster, so I never had to leave a bad review in the first place. I also think it was terrible customer service to keep sending me the same boilerplate emails putting it on me to find the package - especially after they received it then lost it again! I'm happy with the dryer and happy I got my money back, but I'd hesitate to purchase anything else directly from their site.**

The dryer is great but every time I use it I am reminded of a bad experience. I accidentally ordered two dryers, so I contacted Laifen to ask about their returns. I was told by Zoe that it's okay to refuse delivery to save shipping costs. I'll skip the nightmare of contacting the local USPS, but they gave me instructions for refusing the package after delivery. As instructed, I took the package to the PO and they marked the box Return to Sender. I took a photo of the PO agent holding the box and emailed Laifen (as they requested). They thanked me and said the refund would be issued as soon as they received the package. Many days later, they contacted me to ask me to follow up, as they had not received the returned box. Tracking number showed the box made it back to CA. I told Zoe this and sent a screenshot of the tracking info. More days went by. Then Zoe emailed saying they had received the return but it was being sent back to me and she asked me to contact the USPS! USPS has no further info. I have gone around and around with this. Now, Laifen is saying something different. I returned the package on July 5th; today is July 31st. I still have not received my refund. Do not deal with them.

do not buy the toothbrush, pretty useless and actually hurts, then when you want to return they make you pay the shipping which is terrible as its pretty much 50% of the product value. This pretty much shows how little confidence they have in their products.

I'm so tired of seeing reviews used to advertise Laifen's so called apple toothbrush

The hairdryer has been great and customer service has been very responsive when it was sent without one of the attachments. It‘s a great product, beautifully packaged, though I can’t speak to the longevity as I’ve only had it for about six weeks. I am in the UK and had to get one with an EU plug so it’s currently plugged in with an electric toothbrush to UK plug converter which works just fine.

Laifen is truly the iPhone of electric toothbrushes! It is even packaged like an iPhone and the unboxing of my Laifen electric toothbrush was as exciting as the unboxing of any new iPhone.

Chat bot and email reply every time is the same, no human care
Delivery stuck somewhere and they don't care
Now they stopped replying at all
Worst customer care, actually its absolutely absent.
Delivery from China not from Europe.
Tracking Chinese as well
Don't buy anything at their direct website, use some resellers

I had a minor hiccup with shipping but as soon as I notified the company they handled a replacement toothbrush for me very promptly. Customer service is A+. Also, if you like the toothbrush, their hair dryer is great too!

Website states delivery to "25 EU countries, including UK"
Inability to proceed with toothbrush purchase (as don't ship to UK) I live in Irenad, not UK. Two different responses on Chat, one that states they "only don't (seriously) deliver to UK" again I live in ireland which was stated. Another chat answer states "we currently only ship to a few european countries. Imagine falling on your face with simply selling the product when you've brought a customer to the website that wants to buy??!!

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! I bought the swift special it only lasted 2 months and it stopped blowing hot air. I contacted customer care and they said to go through the extended warranty that I purchased and they sent me back to laifen and it’s been 4 months and still haven’t gotten my money back….
