I wish more people knew about Laifen - was bought to their products by the Apple-like design and packaging etc. Our two toothbrushes are still going great after months and months of use. Recently bought another pack of heads and they too just like the toothbrush itself came really well packaged and designed. My teeth are definitely better visually now than they were with my Oral-B.
My husband purchased the Laifen wave electric toothbrush from Amazon at the end of July 2024, along with 6 additional toothbrush heads. He loves the toothbrush. Unfortunately it stopped charging, therefore stopped working a week after the 12 month warranty period was up. We still have 3 unused heads! We contacted Laifen with all the order details. I acknowledged it was just after the warranty period ended but asked for a repair or replacement in good will. They responded and said they would not, and offered a small discount on buying a new one. Super disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless you want to buy one every year! Surely that’s not good for our planet.

I ordered a hairdryer on 7/13/25. It was supposed to be delivered on 7/18/25. They used an incompetent carrier. YunExpress claimed that there was an incorrect address. I confirmed the address was correct on 18th, 21st, and 22nd. they promised to redeliver but never did. I opened a customer service ticket 88657 with Laifen on 22nd and spoke to Laifen customer service on 23rd. Despite several calls, emails Laifen customer service has not addressed the issue or sent a replacement as promised. Received a signature required replacement order on 8/9/25. Luckily I was home. I am very disappointed it took a bad review on Trustpilot to get Laifen customer service to address the issue. Buyers beware: "The Worry-Free Purchase Insurance" thar Laifen offers did absolutely nothing (offers nothing of value) and should be refunded.

I received a Laifen toothbrush as a gift. When I got around to using it, I followed the instructions but it would never power on. I looked online for other solutions, but nothing worked. I tried to contact support twice, but they never got back to me. I tried one more time and the bot said I needed the receipt but it was a gift. It is time I cut my losses and throw it away. I wish I could give zero stars.

I gave a one star review initially because they sent an email asking me how I liked my hair dryer, but I hadn’t even received it yet, and it had been over 2 weeks since I ordered. I did finally receive my order, and I have to say I love the dryer. This is my second Laifen, and they dry amazingly fast. Love the diffuser attachment, as well, for curly hair. Hopefully this one will last longer than my last one did.
My electric toothbrush stopped working just over a year after purchase. I reached out to the company about one month after the warranty expired, expecting at least some goodwill support.
Instead, they flat-out refused to help — no repair, no replacement — just an offer to buy a new one with a discount. That’s not support, that’s a sales trick.
A reliable company stands behind its products even slightly beyond warranty. This one clearly doesn’t. If something breaks right after warranty, you’re on your own.
Poor product quality, terrible service. I’ll never buy from them again, and I’ll make sure others know what to expect.

Laifen have reached out, and have amended my order to provide an alternative and have included an additional item free of charge. The order was finally delivered at the end of July, meaning it took almost 2 months

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service from Laifen. I pre-ordered a dryer in November 2023, unaware at the time that the pre-order would take some time to arrive. The team were incredibly helpful in answering my questions and they even offered to refund me if I didn’t want to wait the allotted time. I did wait and I received the dryer in December of the same year. I thoroughly enjoyed using the product but this week, it unexpectedly stopped working. I reached out to the company’s customer care email and they responded immediately. After sending them a short video of the dryer, they emailed me back THE SAME DAY, saying that they would be sending me a replacement dryer asap. I am blown away (😝) by the efficiency with witch they have handled my issue. The lady I dealt with has been kind and cordial and I cannot sing Laifen’s praises enough! I am just not used to this sort of customer service in 2025 and I am GRATEFUL! Thank you, Laifen. 🙏🏻

Order hairdryer 05 May 2025. Never arrived. Got some bot message when I contacted them saying my order was missed. Said they would prioritise shipping. Still nothing! Contacted them again & got message about only having hairdryer with EU plug in stock. I’ve since asked for a refund and nothing. Have sent other mails with any responses. Joke of a company. Stay well away😡

Hair dryer was good for about 6 months before lights started flashing and it stopped working. Multiple attempts over more than a month to get assistance from the company, no luck. Probably better to go elsewhere.

The blow dryer blew out so hard that I couldn't control how much force. There was no setting to turn it down. They have an involved return process, which included requested a return. I followed the process and got approval to return it to an address with attention to a specific person. They claim that they haven't received my return and basically have quit communicating with me about it. Their customer service is terrible. I will not receive a refund.

I bought two of the Laifen toothbrushes. One for my practice colleague to road test, one for myself. My intention was to review on my YouTube channel. My colleagues worked straight out of the box. My unit did not power on so I contacted Amazon for a replacement. The replacement did not power on. Ultimately, I have gone through three replacements that have not worked. Amazon were amazing when I discussed this with them and agreed to replace on so many occasions. With all the units I swapped out the charging cord, I changed charging sockets, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and finally reset the firmware. It was to the point of where it had become ridiculous. All I ever got was an error message stating “toothbrush malfunction”. It’s nearly been a week since I contacted Laifen Customer Services and they haven’t even responded. My question is how is this company surviving financially? When there is 75 percent failure rate of their units. My experience is by no means unusual when you read their feedback on Amazon and trust pilot. I cannot recommend this unit, so my advice is do not purchase. I will go ahead and review this on my YouTube channel, but its not going to do them any favours.
