Speedy delivery. I like the magnetic attachments. It's really solid and feels great in my hand. The shape makes it easier for storage.

My preorder should have been shipped by 10th of march. Until now I have not heard anything about nor did the customer service reply.

Laifen shipped my order promptly and the item arrived in great shape. It was exactly as described. I am very happy with my purchase.

My experience with my toothbrush it's great. I enjoy it very much but I think it needs a pressure sensor.

Product does not last.

I bought my first laifen in Nov 23, after 6 months the hair dryer broke, I asked for a refund but they sent me a new hair dryer instead. Two weeks ago the second hairdryer stopped working and they sent me a new one. This new hairdryer arrives and i have used it twice and its now broken. Do not buy these products aren't reliable.

Since my review the customer service has been very good and Laifen did offer me a 50% refund for the hairdryer which i accepted.

I think my hair has more shine and dries so fast!

I got the Laifen SE Lite version and I am loving it! My thick hair dries faster than it ever has, with the added bonus of it being so much more quieter than my old traditional hair dryer. Can highly recommended!

The audacity of asking for a review when you never even shipped the order is astounding. I’d give you zero stars if I could.

Placed my order for a hair dryer on January 17. Other than the order confirmation I received no updates. When I contacted the company on January 29, I got a message that they would be out of the office from January 25-Feb 6 for Chinese New Year. My order should’ve been shipped before that, but was not, and now I will be waiting at least a month to receive it. I will not recommend buying from this company.

I placed an preorder since 1/18, it says order will be shipped by 1/30, but I still haven’t received any shipping email.

Started with the toothbrush, after 1st bought 2 more for my kids. Bought the hairdryer afterwards. My wife adores it. It does not lag behind the most expensive hairdryers. Just try it.

This is the best electric toothbrush I’ve ever used. It is powerful, versatile, feature-packed, and elegant. I was so impressed by mine I bought several for the whole family. We have all three finishes but the best is the aluminum because it stays fingerprint-free and cold to the touch which gives it a premium feel compared to others on the market. And for the amount of features you get it is an incredible value at this price point.

Having used the Laifen Wave for over six months now I can really see a big difference in my oral care! The brush heads are doing a really good job and are well made. Also the design and comfort makes it so nice to hold it in your hand. The battery life on this one are shockingly good! Looking forward to use it every time!

Unfortunately at first I got a defective unit, however support resolved it quickly and swiftly, can recommend them.
Cleaning power seems great and despite the product being stylish, I do not see any regression in usability compared to my old Oral-B.

The toothbrush is the best. It works flawlessly; it is stylish. It is pure perfection. As an Apple fan I can only confirm that if Apple had a toothbrush it would most likely be similar to my Laifen.
