The actual necklace looks reasonably ok. Time will tell. My biggest disappointment was the cheap plastic pouch strip they came in. Stapled at the top. Not the gift case they were shown in on line. M... See more

The jewelry is beautiful but my bracelet turned within a week & my necklace chain broke in about 2 weeks. The cross for the neck is still beautiful & I will be purchasing a new chain.

  1. Jewellery shop

Written by the company

Lainly is a faith-based jewelry brand built by a small Christian family who believe accessories should do more than decorate. They should carry a message. Every piece we create exists to help you carry your faith wherever you go, and to make it easy to put a reminder of God's love into someone else's hands. We started Lainly because we wanted jewelry that felt personal, not mass-produced. Every necklace, bracelet, earring, and ring we make is waterproof and tarnish-free, built to hold up to showers, workouts, humidity, and years of everyday wear. We back every piece with a lifetime guarantee, because we want you to trust what you're wearing, not worry about it. Faith and gifting go hand in hand for us. Many of our customers order pieces to keep for themselves and pieces to give away, to a daughter, a friend walking through a hard season, or someone who just needs reminding they're not alone. That's the heart behind what we make: jewelry as a quiet, wearable way to spread His Word. Lainly began as a brand for women of faith, and we're growing into a home for every believer who wants to wear what they hold true. We're grateful for the thousands of customers who've trusted us so far, and we work hard every day to earn that trust with quality, honesty, and real customer care. Whatever you're shopping for today, we hope it becomes more than jewelry. Faith first, always.

Beware! Poor customer service.

I ordered three cross necklaces from this company. They were only worn for a short period of time and started to tarnish and fall apart. I reached out about the lifetime guarantee that’s advertised on their website and they declined to refund or replace my items. This business does not uphold their advertised lifetime guarantee. Beware!

Necklaces tarnished and they don't honor their guarantee

I ordered my crown & cross necklace 3 months ago. It's now tarnished and when I contacted the company with pictures to claim under their "lifetime included warranty", they answered that I did an extended use over time. In 3 MONTHS.

They told be nothing could be done. They wouldn't replace the necklace, but offered a 20% reimbursement! What a scam!

Scam…

They advertise as 14kt gold & sterling silver, but they are stainless steel, very cheap. They were shipped from China not from US as they indicate in their videos, definitely a scam!

I only gave it a 1 star because 0 stars…

I only gave it a 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.
My Grand Daughter gave me a link to this site to buy her 3 religious necklaces for her for Christmas 2025.
After multiple emails from "them" saying that the necklaces were on the way, then they had been slowed down due to shipping issues, I wrote them back asking for when we could expect them. They again responded that the necklaces were on the way but since they were late they offered me a discount on other items that I could order now. I didn't fall for that line and kept waiting for the merchandise.
They never arrived even tho Lainly tried to say they had delivered them.
That was when I decided all of the negative reviews that I had discovered were accurate and that I probably was not going to see the necklaces EVER.
I contacted Chase Bank and they quickly reversed the charge and began an investigation into Lainly...I hope they catch the culprits who are behind this "company" and lock them up for a long time.
NEVER try to order from Lainly....you won't get your product.

I really wanted to like this company

I really wanted to like this company, but I ordered the "buy one, get two free" cross and crown necklaces — I doubled the order, expecting to receive six necklaces. Instead, I was charged almost $200, rather than the $40 or so I expected, and I received twenty-one necklaces instead of the six. And they came directly from China, so there was no cooperation on Lainley's part for me to return any of them for a refund. They did offer me a 40% discount, but that still leaves me at nearly $140 — and apparently I'm now in the jewelry business! My credit card company is going to handle this debacle for me. (Plus, I don't think these are really sterling silver.)

I ordered an item a month ago and still have not received it. Response from the company has been vague. They tell me they cannot cancel my order nor refund me. SCAM!!! They claim to be a Christian company based in the U.S. SCAM All their social media accounts are based from the Phillipines. When they sent me my “tracking” number it said it was coming from China.

These are really poor quality it does…keep its words at all.

These are really poor quality it does tranish very fast only after a week, I do not recommend this product to my worst enemy was a waste of money and embarrassing when I gifted these to my closest friends for Christmas telling them that it doesn't tarnish as their Ad states. I feel I was deceived and coned by the company's lies and misleading ads! I would really rate this no stars not just 1.

I ordered five necklaces at the first…

I ordered five necklaces at the first of December for Christmas presents. I haven't received them yet. And I'm sure I will not. I've emailed them several times and they honestly give me the information I just gave them. Of course they say it was delivered on January 2nd. But it was not. Their delivery service you to pay a fee to look up your delivery.

This company was very dishonest and…crooked

This company was very dishonest and advertised a sale that wasn't true. I ordered one necklace with a cross and a crown. The sale was buy one and get 2 free. That never happened. Ive emailed LAINLY twice and i was told its in the mail. Its been over a month now. Also , the necklace was way to short. Its made to fit a child. Im very disappointed and very dissatisfied with this company. No wonder there's no number to call and speak to customer service 🙄

I never received my items

I never received my items and after eight emails back-and-forth, have still not received any resolution. Clearly this company is not legit, or at the very least inept. I would not recommend that anyone purchase any items through this company.

BAD QUALITY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This company lies saying they are in US when the shipment is coming out of China. Quality is very bad, neckless was broken after couple hours of use, and it was already tarnishing. After reaching out to them, all they offer was a 35% refund when they should clearly give me 100% when the issue is the quality of their products, so I had to submit a cash back claim to my bank. SO BE CAREFUL!!

I should have read the trustpilot…

I should have read the trustpilot reviews prior to ordering 3 necklaces with the cross and crown. Looked at tracking for the past 2 weeks and realized the package was shipped from overseas. Finally received them yesterday and the quality is cheap like really cheap metal. Wore for one day and cross fell off necklace and quite literally coating peeled off of the chain. I’m so sad! $40 down the drain!

Poor quality - do not purchase

Poor quality. I ordered 3 cross and crown necklaces to give as Christmas gifts and the chains broke within days of wearing them. I have asked the company for a refund but haven't heard back yet. Do not waste your money on this jewellery.

DO NOT ORDER

I wouldn’t even give this company a rating but in order to move on I had to hit 1 star.

I was told that the Christmas gifts I had ordered would be in on time for Christmas, it of course wasn’t and no matter how many times I contacted them, they dismissed me with false reassurance.

I have since tried to track my order and it says it has been delivered but of course it was not and I have made several attempts to contact them through email, social media their website and I am now met with silence.

DO NOT ORDER from this company anyone who could use God as a selling feature to scam people does not deserve and benefits!

I purchased this on December 19

I purchased this on December 19. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my best friend. I never got any messages after or any updates on where my package was. I use my tracking number and searched it through Lainly website and it said it was delivered on December 30 today is January 7 and I still have yet to see the package and it said it was delivered at my mailbox. I checked with the office at my apartment complex and they said that they have never seen any package come through with my name on. It tried contacting lainly to see if I could get a refund or if they know where my package is at for the past two weeks and I have never heard a response back from anyone these people are just scams. Don’t trust them. No matter how many times that they say that their item is better than everyone else’s and that other people are being scams when in reality, they’re the one that want to scam people. I have already went ahead and reported the website as a scam so hopefully the website gets taken down soon.
