Amazing functionality from SIDD

Sharing amazing feedback on the usage of SIDD, as an admin user, I can easily track the agents on how they are implementing SIDD, and because of this usage, I'm seeing strong positive progress on their AHT per call. Since this helps the agents to have or build better documentation with more accuracy, plus it saves information that is needed, like numbers or important data.

Leaders best tool

Using Sidd has made leading my team so much easier. It offers insights into contact drivers, agent behaviours and analytics that I wouldn't otherwise have had access to. It also makes onboarding new agents so much easier which helps with training, consistency and compliance.
