My garden clogs were perfect and exactly what I needed. They arrived quickly and, joy of joys, via Royal Mail, who I find much more reliable and easier to deal with than the cheap couriers used by so many businesses.

I did not receive the garden shoes until 17th May, as the courrier had mistakenly delivered them to a house (no. 59, whereas I am No. 51} that has been unoccupied for some months. So, it was a neighbour who brought them to me today. However, on opening the package I immediately noticed a gash between the eyelet accommodating the studs on the inner side of the Left shoe; consequently the strap was off. To say I am disappointed with your service is an undertstatement. To send the shoes in such a state is extremely poor. So, please will you reimburse me immediately. Thank you, Terrance Lever.

Easy to clean comfortable and value for money

Well I marked it a star down as my credit for a returned item was less than I had paid, £16.04 not £19.99
Otherwise I’m very happy with the product. I would add that the size difference between a 42(8) and a 43(9) is massive hence my having to return the first pair.

Thank you Lakeland for your prompt action regarding a replacement pair of work shoes, the first pair my husband tried to get the mower to eat!!!! They arrived perfect, as per the order and very quickly too.

The straps on the shoes are not long enough and so they are not the easiest things to wear as they slip off. I ordered a six as I’m between 5.5 and 6 but disappointed

Value for money items at a very prompt delivery.

Delivery was really quick and the shoes I bought were actually better than I expected.

I ordered 2 pairs of crocs , 1 male, 1 female, both size 8.
Although the delivery note stated the right sizes, the female crocs were a size 7.
I wanted them for our holiday so haven't got time to send back (and don't want to pay postage when it was their mistake)
On the plus side, they were delivered promptly and look reasonable value for money

Bought a size 11 shoe as this is the size I always wear but it was too small. I was not impressed with the quality of the product either.
