Ordered item on 4/12. It’s now 11/12 and still haven’t received the item. However I have been sent an email asking me to review the purchase I haven’t yet received!!!

The slippers look great,but unfortunately they appear to have a mark on the leather which I'm assuming is a mark on the hide at the time,although it's like an ink mark
I have thought about sending them back but feel I would be told its a problem with the leather
