I ordered a very simple cupboard three months ago. It arrived in a terrible condition- the corners of the 'wood' were broken, the wood itself was dusty and just cheap. The measurements are not identical to the description I read on the website. Since there's no support at all by their customers' service I want to warn you to order anything from this company. They are the worst!
A much lower-quality product than is displayed online. I looked into returning it, but it would cost me more than half the value to do so.
Ordered a wine rack. Came in a million put together pieces. Boards were warped, pegs didn't fit, normal wine bottle does not fit. Customer service gives standard replies. PRODUCT IS CRAP.
One of the worst ever retailer. Sent me a damaged item and offered 20% refund when I rejected to wait for 2 months for replacement of broken parts rendering furniture item completely useless.

Do not have a business with this company. They are have a wrong shipping info on the product page. Most shipping takes minimum one month. If you cancel an order within 48 hours, be ready to pay 10% restocking fee.
Just cheap rubbish. I purchased a corner bathroom cabinet but they never mention it's just plastic. It took ages to get it delivered and when I opened the parcel it was so disappointing. I will never ever buy anything from Lakiq again. It cost me more that 300aud my lesson. I can't even return it because I would have to send it back to China. What a joke

Eventually after 3 months delivery was 16th July, sideboard had damage one end and scratch on the top, emailed images to Lakiq no response, don't order from this company it's cheap rubbish.
Cannot put together, no instructions, no customer service
China / Hong Kong based company with no intention of supplying quality items, or items at all. Ordered an item of furniture on the 4th June and still have no sign. Have attempted to cancel order. They are repeatedly threatening to charge me for a return of furniture to China. I have at this point asked them to cancel the order 5 times and they keep sending me small discounts and threatening to charge me a "handling fee". All this while ignoring my attempts to cancel. Still no sign of the item as I type on the 18th July. Should have read reviews. Update 12th August - My credit facility refunded me the balance as the tracking information provided was “invalid”. Again, stay away from this company at all costs.
Table eventually arrived , but legs and top were sent on two ships , yes your furniture will sail from China , it took around 4 months to arrive . When it did arrive , the top had a split in it , clearly wood not being seasoned properly , also very easily marked , my wife wrote out her shopping list and it imprinted in table top 😡
Scam. Scam. Scam. Placed an.order without reading the reviews (my fault). Sent several emails asking about order status--ignored. Canceled the order THEN they started answering the emails with 5 then 10 then 20% discounts. No. Cancel this order.
But they then want to charge 20% "service fee" for service I never received. BS. Filed a dispute with the CC company. Again: Scam. Scam. Scam.
Wall unit with glass doors. Around 3 months to arrive. Shipped from China by boat upon placing order, so not surprised. Packed quite well. A few marks and flaws on the chipboard carcass. Fixings were OK but no pilot holes for door brackets is a bit rubbish. Low density chipboard means not as strong as it could be but lighter as a result. Careful measurement needed when aligning doors. Just about OK because quality of glass doors (nice smoky finish) is pretty good and because I’m butting up to walls in an alcove you see virtually nothing of the poor quality carcass once screwed to wall.
Waited months for furniture arrival, then when it did arrive it was faulty. Now refusing to accept a return and instead offered 10% discount code for a future purchase or A LIGHT UP UNICORN as a free gift?????

I ordered a product over 45 days ago and when it arrived, it was the wrong color and did not even come with instructions, just a bunch of alumni poles and glass plates. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. Their products are NOT the same as you see online! Dont waste your money. I'm not disgruntled, however, I am disappointed about the money I spent.

I recently placed an online order with Lakiq and decided to cancel. I am pleased to report that they provided a full refund immediately.
The 1-star is for the quality of workmanship, which would be a 4.5 on its own -- otherwise a 0/5. We bought a writing desk, a little pricey but real wood with solid features. However, when packed, the table legs were not anchored or padded within the packaging, causing many dings. Further, the front edge of the desk suffered a dent sufficient to expose raw wood and catch fabric when passed over.
The "return policy" is fraught with the same slow response as the shipping. While a complaint was filed by email (with photos of the poorly engineered packaging) within the 48 hours required, there was no response for 10 days. The only response by the company was to blame "long-distance shipping" for the damage without considering the way the table was packaged.
Their idea of compensation was to offer a gift - battery operated dinosaur or unicorn night-lights. What a joke!
Avoid using this company if at all possible. If I could provide a less than 1 star I would. I purchased a TV stand then changed my mind about the purchase. I canceled the order and was told I had a 20%restocking fee, which was OK because that's what the policy says. However, when I attempted to get my refund I got the run around and 15 emails later they want my bank account or pay pal I of for the refund (I purchased with my credit card). I told them I will not provide such information and requested it be returned to the original form of payment. They said I used after pay, which I did not, and said they cannot refund the money as they lost my original payment method. I asked for a customer service phone number to which I was told they do not offer such a thing. I had to contest the charges with my credit card, TBD on the outcome. All this started on June 5, 2025 and is still ongoing.
I am a restaurant owner, and had ordered 5 bar tables. Trusting this company, I remodeled and was waiting for these bar tables. Two days ago, I received my order to find out, that my order is not only wrong, but I cannot talk to anyone in customer service. I emailed the company after finding out there is not a customer service phone number.
Finally, received an email, which honestly did not make sense.
Their logistics is horrible, no customer service. Now I'm in a headache struggle with my credit card company as well as this company. Please be advised! This company is a scam! Please do not order from here.
