This company is TERRIBLE. They sent a defective wardrobe, missing parts, damaged parts and the parts that did come didn't fit together properly with misaligned shelves and drawers from the holes not being cut properly.
They didn't send a manual until I requested it. It tools over a month to arrive.
When I raised these issues, they asked for photos a video which I sent. Then they asked for the manual to be printed out and circle the problems then they asked for more photos. All because everytime a reply came, no one read the previous correspondence. Their customer service is absolute garbage and force you to become angered when you just want to resolve the issue.
I had to raise this with PayPal who are helping to find resolution thankfully. When I raised the dispute they privately emailed me outside of PayPal to tell me they would refund but the companies funds at their bank are frozen. This company is very shadey. Then the next email privately said their funds are frozen and they won't be trying to get a refund because I had raised a dispute with PayPal, not wanting to send or say this within the PayPal resolution centre like a legitimate company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I was pleased to get timely responses when I asked about the delivery of the Amoire I ordered. It was a month since the order was placed... I berate myself for not checking reviews before placing the order because it arrived in a damaged box. The item seemed to be in good condition but my husband wondered if the entire item was in the box becauseit seemed so compact... Besides not having directions to assemble it we found very flimsy extremely flexible materials almost just a cut above wood used to make paper, that our 8 year old grandkids could break without pressure... It is NOT SOLID, the dimensions ARE NOT CORRECT, HANGERS CANNOT FIT FOR THE DOORS TO CLOSE. MORE THAN $300 WASTED FOR CRAPPY IMITATION WOOD THAT'S NOT EVEN FIT FOR A PIG PEN to be built.

This company is a complete scam. They advertise quality and beautiful furniture with a price-tag to match, however, what you get is a very cheap knock-off. The materials are NOT as advertised. I ordered a wooden, semi-assembled buffet table with sintered stone top for $1250. What I got was a very cheap reconstituted wood cupboard (in the wrong colour) and the top is very thin/cheap glass. There are NO instructions for assembly. Item states "partially assembled" there is nothing assembled about this! It did not even come in an assembled BOX! It came in scrap pieces of cardboard from an airconditioner unit (face palm emoji here!).
The after sales support is a joke: they offered me 15% off my next item!!! or a cheap nightlight, umbrella or thermos!!
They constantly delay emailed requests for refund, saying due to shopping season they will have a delay 15 - 45 days (how convenient this will time out your ability to request refund through PayPal etc). Once, I requested a refund from PayPal - Lakiq deployed their bullying tactics by saying they know I've filed a dispute, asking me to close the case or they will not issue me a refund and I need to wait 15-45 days for their "Bank's Review". Ridiculous!
I bet this review does not see the light of day on their website. RUN people, RUN and never purchase an item from this SCAM company again. Lakiq - I hope you're shut down soon. You are running a fraudulent, scam operation, stealing from innocent, hard working people.

This company and their products are so cheap and sub standard. I recently bought a locker and received with damages. Unwilling to replace the product or compensate the damages after sending photos. The Customer service sucks and no toll free number to contact. Never answer the questions via email. Never buy any product or recommend to any one either.
Order Number 803464. Please send me a duplicate to open the safe since I accidently locked the safe with key inside and partial refund for the visible damages shown the pictures. Thank you Mele Chacko

Terrible company. I have been trying to return that took forever to get. They dont honor their return policy. If you can get a response. Worse company ever. Im not even sure there is a person ypu can talk to. I tried to cancel then they waited to long to respond that I couldn't cancel and now I have been trying for 2 weeks to return and by the time I can return it will be past my 30 days to return. I bought two crystal chandeliers from Lakiq, Order No 802673, as they look beautiful in the pictures and are very reasonably priced.
Placed order and was given a 6 week timeframe for delivery which I accepted as I knew it was coming from abroad.
Waited approximately 8 weeks and they finally arrived. I was so excited to get these and put them up as they will finish off two of my recently renovated rooms.
My excitement however is short lived as the one page instruction inside each box does not relate to the product inside. There are no written instructions just a pictorial view of the chandelier components and a contents list.
On inspecting all the components of each box it is clear that the hanging mechanism for both Chandeliers are different to what is pictured in the instructions. I cannot therefore hang the Chandeliers as I do not know how these components go together to make a hanging mechanism.
I emailed Lakiq Customer Services and provided pictures of the components received and the one page instruction hoping that a resolution could be sought.
I was assured by Lakiq that they would contact the manufacturer for the correct installation instructions.
I waited nearly a week for a reply as it was Chinese New Year and finally got a reply which contained instructions for the same incorrect Chandeliers. By this time I am pulling my hair out with frustration as I have two chandeliers that I have waited over two months for that I cannot install.
I emailed Customer Services again saying that the instructions are the same and cannot be used for these products. They replied with the same response”Follow the instructions provided and contact us if you have any issues”.
I had enough by this point and asked Lakiq for either a return and full refund or a significant discount so I can pay a handy person to figure out how to put them together and install them.
Lakiq came back to me again with the same response to follow the incorrect instructions.
Don’t know what to do now but thought I had better add my experience to these reviews so other potential customers are not left with products they cannot assemble and hang.
Update 5th March:- received an email from Lakiq saying they would ask manufacturer for correct instructions. After a few days waiting I got them. It stated that they had indeed changed the mounting mechanism and enclosed two photos of the ceiling mechanism pre-assembled and a one line instruction saying “installation complete”. Still none the wiser.
I have now paid a handyman to fit these. It took him a couple of hours and he said the instructions were useless and most people would struggle to work out how to put it together.
I would not purchase from Lakiq again. I understand that mistakes happen however they seem to be unaware of what they are selling and their Customer Service responses are shocking.
Asked for some compensation for all the trouble and my out of pocket expenses. Received a response asking me to put both Chandeliers side by side and take a video of the issue! Seems after all my emails back and forth they still don’t understand what is wrong. I obviously can’t do this now as I have paid to have them installed. Shame on you Lakiq

I paid close to £100 for a pair of very stylish looking mid-century Scandi style beside tables… which arrived (after many weeks) damaged and laughably small. The size did not correspond to that on the website- and the drawers weren’t big enough to hold two pairs of rolled up socks! I must admit, it made us laugh. But at the cost of £100, I can confirm that this website is not what it seems. Cabinets ended up in the tip. Can’t even recycle- as wood veneer is all plastic. Avoid.

I have ordered a table and my partner ask me to buy a bigger one , so I contacted the customer service and requested to cancel my order, they first informed me that will be a 10% fee just because is their policy on the first 48h and then when I've confirmed my choice they just stopped texting me back, so now I have nothing, no cancellation number and 400£ less on my account. Goods arrived in a package that had clearly been opened and Sellotaped (badly) The instructions inside were all in Chinese in a very poor photocopy impossible thus to build the unit. I have emailed thesuppliers on a daily basis requesting an english language instruction sheet but keep getting excuses. The unit is lying in pieces on the floor of my home office !! Ive had the goods for a week and ive given them until Monday 23rd February to get me an instruction manual or i shall ask Pay Pal to refund me. The goods would be put back in the box and Lakiq can uplift them at their expenses. Very poor amd feel ive been conned. English instruction arraived and alink to a VERY poor video . I will never buy againfrom this Company just very poor

Extremely poor quality product and one of the worst refund experiences I have ever had.
I received an item that was very low quality and not as expected. I immediately contacted the company, provided videos and photos as requested, and clearly asked for a return and full refund.
Instead of processing the return, they have been delaying the refund for days through constant back-and-forth emails (almost 20 emails so far), repeatedly offering partial refunds, coupons, and replacement items rather than respecting my clear request to return the product.
The offers started at a small percentage refund and kept increasing, which makes it very obvious they are trying to avoid accepting a proper return. Each time I declined and asked for a return label, I was told to “reconsider” their offer again.
At one point, I was even told I could sell the item on eBay instead of being given a proper refund — which is completely unacceptable customer service.
To be clear:
- I submitted all requested evidence (photos and videos)
- I asked only for a return and full refund
- They ignored this and continued delaying with compensation offers
This feels like a deliberate attempt to wear the customer down until they give up and keep the item.
The quality of the product does not justify the price, and the after-sales support is worse. The lack of respect for customers’ time and repeated refusal to follow a straightforward return process is extremely concerning.
I strongly advise future buyers to think carefully before purchasing. If there is an issue with your order, be prepared for delays, pressure to accept partial refunds, and a very frustrating experience instead of a simple resolution.
I will update this review if the company finally processes the return and refund properly.

Waited months for the item. Nothing like as shown on site!! Cheap chipboard, loads of screws and holes and no instructions. Sent at least 10 emails requesting refund only to be asked to send photos and videos of item not working. It's a bedside table for Gods sake!! Still in its box untouched and impossible to assemble! I was refunded £5.75p(item cost £39)!!?? For my sanity I've decided not to pursue this case. I received another useless email from them today but I am done!Please people, DO NOT buy anything from these scamers!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered over £3000 worth of furniture, it took over 4 months for it to arrive, update and communication were terrible. When it got here, the packaging was all smashed up, and the courier left all the pallets behind for us to dispose of. The furniture is of poor quality; the shelving unit is missing screws, and the build instructions are in Chinese. Parts of the chairs have fallen off, with only 4 weeks' worth of use. The side tables they sent were the wrong size. They're asking you to cover the cost to return them to Hong Kong if you want to swap them for what you ordered, even though it was their error. Avoid avoid avoid.

I wish i read these reviews before my purchase. The product is not as advertised. It is cheap woodchip boards and does not look like the website image. The holes for the screws thread easily which make it a loose construction. The instructions were soooo frustrating, the worst i've ever seen. It's all in chinese and very basic with hardly any instructions. all the parts incorrectly labeled some not even labeled which made it so much more frustrating.I wouldn't pay half of what i did for this computer desk.
