If I could give them a zero I would

If I could give them a zero I would. We have tile delivered damaged; it took 30 days to receive it. They would not refund us and sent us another shipment and it also took over 30 days and was also delivered damaged. They will not return our money. They said we would have to ship it back to China and if they see fit they will give us a partial refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LAKIQ! No matter how nice it looks. It's not worth it.

Be wary. In breach of the Australian consumer law you will be subject to international transaction fees even when purchasing in AUD as the transaction was processed overseas. This is required to be disclosed and is not.

Stay away by all means

Stay away by all means , they send you poorly packaged furniture, that most likely will be damaged or items with different finishes. Takes 2-3 months. After sending them an email ( this is the only way to communicate) they offer 5% refund and if you disagree they simply say this is the only option. So on the end you stock with wrong upholstered bed and Brocken top tv stand. They also offer you how they call ( high value gift) where most valuable is juice squeezer that 20$ on amazon .

The order arrived used, no refund

The order arrived used, damaged, smelled like a landfill, with missing parts and no instructions. I believe this business is actually a front for recycling used or returned items for a profit. Beware, there is no USA based office. Even with photos and purchasing shipping insurance they refused to offer my refund per the shipping insurance. They offered to have me pay out of pocket to return the items to China where they would potentially refund me. This was after waiting a month and a half to receive the “office chair”. Avoid.

Ship garbage until someone takes it

I received an item clearly returned by someone else. The styrofoam was all broken, which was the first clue. Then the product itself grossly chipped. It is clear they didn't even regard the returned item and just shipped it out to me. And I suppose my return will be shipped to someone else.

If I could give this company zero or…

If I could give this company zero or minus zero I would. We ordered two wardrobes back in April 2025 and now we are in September with one wardrobe and no definite date for when we will get the second. After constantly contacting them we are being fobbed off with delay after delay as to when we will get the second wardrobe. We were told that it would be September and now being told October. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Blood all over the table

If there was a zero I would give it. The table had the institutions missing and it’s been returned by someone else and now sent to me and lots of pieces have bloody fingerprints all over them. It’s disgusting. And the blood
Was on the item inside not on the box. I’ve sent over 30 emails about this and they dismiss every single one. I provided over 10 photos of the blood on the table.

If you notice fingerprints on the surface of your product, please first check whether there is a protective film - the material of the film can easily show fingerprint marks. If not, please be advised that every product undergoes multiple quality inspections before shipping, and it’s possible that our inspection staff may have accidentally left fingerprints with the red pigment during the process. We sincerely apologize for this. You can gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth, and if the marks cannot be removed, please contact us immediately.

Deceptive Company – Damaged Item and False Advertising

I received coffee tables from Lakiq that arrived completely damaged. The product was advertised as marble but turned out to be cheap pressed board. When I reported the issue, the company only offered to send replacement parts, completely ignoring the fact that the item I received was not what was described on their website.

After I raised concerns, they quietly updated the product description online, trying to cover their tracks and shift the blame back on me. Their customer service dragged me through endless back-and-forth emails, offering cheap alternatives instead of addressing the problem honestly.

I eventually had to open a case with PayPal, but in order to receive a refund, Lakiq requires me to ship the item back at my own expense, with shipping costs more than double my original order (including the shipping I already paid).

This company is deceptive and untrustworthy. It’s shocking that PayPal even allows them as a payment vendor. They should not be permitted to sell in the U.S. Buyers beware; do not trust Lakiq.

I had a bad experience with Lakiq

I had a bad experience with Lakiq. Lakiq's customer service was good and polite before I purchased furniture. The nightmare began when I received the furniture with no assembly instructions provided, missing furniture parts, and hardware. It was a puzzle. I contacted the customer support with no luck. I do not recommend USA buyers to buy the furniture from Lakiq, unless you want to have “a puzzle in the box.”

If I could give less than 1 star I…

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worst experience ever, as per other people's experiences, though I have had to suck up losing £500 as I blame myself for not properly checking where they were located and reading the reviews here.

Everything looked great on the website. Ordered a desk which was supposedly on sale from £900 😂. What a joke. It took over 3 months to arrive. Delivery this end was also a nightmare, but that is another story. Had to ask for assembly instructions. They were sent. Assembled the flat-packed desk, things were badly fitting, terrible finish, laminate practically falling off during assembly despite carefully doing what they said and assembling on soft carpet. All of the desk edges were a different colour where the laminate didn't quite wrap around.

Once built nothing fit well, drawers scrape when opening, one just opens on it's own, whole desk is unstable. Such a shame because they design good stuff but the quality and finish is extremely poor.

I will be giving the 'desk' away or simply dumping it.

I will say, as a small positive. They did always respond via email though their English was not great and sometimes was not relevant to what I was asking. Some of these dodgy companies don’t even respond.

DO NOT waste your time buying this Chinese crap. I promise you, you will regret it.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Do not order from this company! Everything is destroyed when it gets here. Takes 6+ weeks to arrive. They will not issue refunds to you. Customer Service is horrid. No instructions in the boxes for the items ordered. You name it - there is an issue at every turn. It doesn't even let you leave a review on their website. That should be bad enough.

Do not buy from Lakiq!

My experience was similar to that of most other reviewers. I ordered a wine rack for my home. I chose it because it looked simple and clean and I could chose almost exactly the size. That’s where my satisfaction ends. The quality of the wood and construction was very low, instructions on how to assemble almost inexistent (and in mandarin, thank god for google translate!). Worst of all, the cubbies in which the wine bottles should fit are too small! So most of my bottles don’t fit and the thing is a complete write off :( I contacted customer service but of course they are doing nothing about this. So there goes my $126! Please do not purchase anything from this company. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing myself. Thank you to those who posted as a service to others!

Worst experience ever!

Poor quality, poor service

I have bought 6 dining chairs at significant cost (just under AU$2K). The chairs arrived individually in two pieces; the base (legs), and the back & seat piece. Unfortunately the two pieces don’t fit together properly - it seems that the template for the screws is off alignment. As a result none of the chairs can be put together properly. Also, some of the chair seats arrived with small chips. I have spent a month seeking assistance providing photos and videos and the advice from Laqik has been farcical such as “turn 90degrees”. If that was the case, I’d be sitting sideways - side-saddle as there is no way the base would fit in that configuration. I absolutely do not recommend this company nor its products which is a pity because they have some cool designs. When I expressed frustration and disappointment I was offered a weird array of what looked over like very cheap and useless homewares destined for immediate landfill which I declined.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! We ordered a small computer desk, it arrived damaged, and it took three months to get here. When we asked for a refund or full exchange, they wanted us to ship the box back to them and we had to pay for shipping. They wanted $1300. To ship it back to the company which ohh, by the way, is in china! They would not work with us at all.They know they got a good thing going on when they send out damage goods and they don't have to pay to have it returned or refunded. Paypal, who we paid it through was being just as stubborn. Read all the reviews about this company before you decide to buy anything, we really wish we had. I don't care what website they are on they have bad reviews.

As for the return process, to clarify - it is detailed in our return policy, which is showed transparently on our website. We see to avoid your extra costs on shipping fee, our team had provided several resolutions, and a resolution had been accepted by yourside - a full replacement for free.

However, since you subsequently filed a dispute through PayPal, the funds have been frozen. We kindly ask for your understanding that under this financial status we are unable to proceed with the delivery of any items. We appreciate your understanding.

My experience with Lakiq Furniture was…

My experience with Lakiq Furniture was nothing short of a complete disaster and a total scam. I am writing this review to warn others about their deceptive practices and poor quality products.
The furniture I received was completely different from the images on their website. It was an entirely different item, not even remotely similar to what I had ordered. To make matters worse, they also included what appeared to be a broken, toy-like item that was a cheap imitation of the one shown in the picture. The quality was abysmal, and it was clearly a bait-and-switch.
When I contacted them about this issue, their response was infuriating. They offered me what they called "stupid discounts" as a supposed resolution, which were never actually applied. This was a clear tactic to stall and avoid taking responsibility. I spent countless hours trying to resolve this with them, only to be met with lies and unfulfilled promises.
In the end, I lost hundreds of dollars and a significant amount of time dealing with this fraudulent company. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Lakiq Furniture. They are a scam, and their business practices are dishonest. Save your money and your sanity by shopping elsewhere.

However, differences in lighting, shooting angles, or individual screen settings (such as brightness and color calibration) may lead to slight visual variations. If it is an actually wrong item, after a verification with the supplier, we'll provide a full replacement for you. However, after checking with the supplier, we were informed that it was the right one you've ordered.

This website is fScam Websiteraudulent

This website is fraudulent. It displays attractive photos, but what you receive is a poor-quality product that looks nothing like the images. The items are cheap, poorly made, and do not match the high price you pay.

When you complain, the company only apologises and tries to distract you with childish excuses. Do not waste time with them. Instead:

Contact your bank or credit card provider immediately.

Provide evidence, including:

Photos of the low-quality product you received.

Copies of the company’s unhelpful responses.

Negative reviews from other customers (to show the pattern of fraud).

Request a full refund. Since this company has no registered office in Australia, banks and credit card providers will usually refund you within a week.

📌 Important: Make sure you take action within 100 days of purchase. Even if more time has passed, still contact your bank and explain your case. Banks take these complaints seriously when they see the company has a record of bad reviews and scam behaviour.
