Fantastic experience! We were lucky enough to have an experienced guide that allowed us to see so much wildlife! We were fortunate enough to see heap of elephants, peacocks, crocodiles, water buffalo, monkeys and lots of exotic birds including serpent eagle, white breasted sea eagle, different varieties of bee eaters and kingfisher. We also saw leopard footprints, larger ones and smaller baby ones. Our guide was so excited by this as it had been so long since they had seen leopards in this park.
He went straight to the areas where he knew elephants would be for our first period of the tour and then took his own route which proved to be very successful as we saw so much wildlife and much more than other people on tours in different jeeps that morning.

I have engaged Lakpura for my transfer services as well as my safari tour (full day) at Yala national park.

First was Amilia who was attentively making sure I get a reply from his team and then followed by Mr Felician who attended to me every step of the way.

In the beginning I was definitely impressed by the prompt level of service I receive via email and being able to customise my needs accordingly.

Had a Vehicle arranged from Ella > Yala National park in a luxurious KDH Van with a well versed and conversational driver. He was very professional and came down to greet us individually which was definitely personalised. Made sure we were will comforted in our seats with the temperature of the vehicle to our liking.

The same driver came to pick us up from Yala National Park > Galle and we were very pleased with his driving skills. it was safe steady and assuring. He also brought us to a seaturltle conservation farm which was on the way to galle however charged us for the wait.

Lastly, Yala National Park tour was nicely arranged with the pick up etc. We really enjoyed ourself as we managed to catch 2 leopards and many other beautiful creatures that Sri Lanka have to offer.

We booked Jeep and guide from this service. It was simple, manager quickly answer for all my questions.

I arranged for airport transfers from Colombo to our hotel for our 2 week holiday, both journeys were seamless and comfortable. I would certainly have no reservations booking with Lakpura again.

Fantastic tour, easy to arrange even though we wanted something bespoke. Chauffeured car was incredibly comfortable and the driver was great. The safari driver was very knowledgeable and even brought some sri lankan biscuits for us to eat while we were on our safari. Highly recommended booking with this company.

Great value transfer to the airport - car was a good standard and driver very polite and friendly. Would definitely book with Lakpura again.

The safari was very good we see all that we wanted to see. Our only problem was that the driver demanded twenty dollars from us.he said it was for the hotel pickup but no mention was made of this when we arranged the pickup.our tour driver told us we had been robbbed. We were upset as we had already given the driver a good tip.

Booked room at hotel Sapphire and Lakpura representative Fernando was very helpful and professional. After the Easter attack we have requested refund for the booking and awaiting refund

Quality of the service is very poor. I was cheated by Lakpura company.

I prepaid my whole day safari trip (122$), but no one picked me up.
I was trying to call all numbers that I could, but no one picked up the phone... When I finally reached service manager (my point of contact) he hung up after 30 seconds... I had to arrange new safari trip in rush and pay extra money... Be very careful when you make a booking with that company.

Only good thing about Lakpura is that they made full refund after my complaint.
