I gave them a formal 7-day deadline via email to resolve the issue — they completely ignored it. After 10+ days, there has been zero response from their support team despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and live chat.

As of now, I have:
• Filed a formal complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board
• Collected all documentation for further legal action

Lalabet is acting unethically, and their silence speaks volumes. I strongly warn other players to avoid this platform at all costs. Winning means nothing if they simply choose not to pay you and disappear.

You will lose every cent you deposit here! Imagine you've made some deposits. After some losses, you manage to build up a credit of a few thousand euros. Then out of nowhere your account was closed. You will be referred to the helpdesk. It is said that no information can be given to them, but that a letter has been sent. Then they end the conversation (I have photos of the entire conversation, just shocking!). There is no letter, you can no longer access your account and you have lost your money and every attempt to contact is no longer responded to.
I've never experienced this before, what brazen scammers!
