Wonderfully beautiful hand made…

Wonderfully beautiful hand made ceramics with exquisite detail. The packaging and handling was also the best I’d ever seen from any courier/shipment service, making it impossible to have shattered pieces.

Will order again!

Great Custom Wedding Gifts

First, the end product was fantastic. We did a custom order for our wedding, and they created something beautiful and all the guests enjoyed it.

Secondly, the customer service and communication throughout the order was excellent.

We were coordinating between America and Italy, and it was very smooth.

Really satisfied

I ordered three big vases in ceramic and they were shipped to Sweden. Everything was prefectly packed. It was also rather quick shipped from Sicily to Sweden.

Marchesa Ceramiche of Caltagirone is Awesome!

I have purchased several large ceramic items from Marchesa Ceramiche of Caltagirone. Everything has been absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured on the web page. It also took less than a week for delivery from Italy to my home in the US (Virginia). Packaging was done extremely well in all instances - zero concerns something would have broken. They were extremely quick to respond to an inquiry as well. I highly recommend this business.

As a belgian event florist I bought à few ceramic pieces .
I paid 104 euro transport cost to recieve a broken pot.

Immediately I took pictures ( with the pieces IN packaging with tape around !! )but this was not enough for a compansation .
On the contrary: I was blamed for breaking the pot myself .

Customer friendly :zero points.

It s unbelievable .

I will never buy again in this shop .
