We were very happy with the sales team at Lamb & Co. Tony and Charlie in particular were both very helpful and made the whole process a lot easier. Two points: 1) It would be great if they could start a phone call with "Everything is going fine, just wanted to....." as this would have prevented me having a panic each time they called, worrying something had happened! 2) The Conveyancing team made us feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we called to ask how our sale was progressing. It would have been nice if they kept us more in the loop.

A perfect transaction with Lamb & Co. I cannot praise Caitlin highly enough. She was always contactable and helped us with every step of the purchase. She was so so supportive, kind and thoughtful throughout and went over and above to help us get everything resolved quickly enabling us to achieve an early exchange. Thank you so much.

Harry was very easy to deal with, responsive and successfully found us a commercial tenant in a timely manner. Would happily work with him again.

We recently needed to find new tenants for our property in Holland-on-Sea. Harry, Lee and Coral were the perfect team and arranged for viewings to take place as soon as the refurbishments were complete. Their knowledge and advice was extremely valuable.

Well what could i say about my experiences with Lamb and Co estate agents.After going into three other estate agents in Clacton-on-Sea i found Lamb and Co are the best to go and see.They present themselves very well and make you feel very comfortable throughout dealing with you.They always keep you updated on how things are progressing so with my move going into my new rented property going smoothly i highly recommended using Lamb and Co anytime.
