This company is a complete scam!! Stay away. The reason they have a no return policy is because the product is nothing as the video says. I'm sure they know when the customer receives the product they will not be happy. Any company that is shipping to customers online that is a legitimate company gives some form of refund if the client is not happy. Absolutely no returns says something about the company knowing that their product is junk. It seems as though they make a video with great quality product but what they send out is complete junk!! Complete bait and switch! Stay away!!

Its going on three months and my order is still not here. I was given a bogus tracking number that said tracking label created.
I've continued to ask for a refund but some guy Jerry keep avoiding my request.

I ordered from this company in May and haven't received my order yet. I know Covid 19 is slowing the process down tremendously but there isn't a site or a number available for me to call for a refund or the status of my order. I'm very dissatisfied

Sizing on there bras are way smaller than advertise . When i requested a refund they wanted to only give me 40% of my purchases do not buy from them

I ordered for $80 2 outfits and I never received my order after 8 weeks.
No one is capable to give me any update what so ever.
I asked for a refund and since never heard back from the customer service.
It’s really bad how they handle things and taking money from people using the Covid-19 as an excuse.

The cup size for this bra is way off. I ordered a B Cup and its more like a D Cup. I'm still undecided on returning items because this company is based in Dubai. I received my items pretty quickly though, they used a carrier service that was based on Oahu. I ordered these bras from Facebook. I wish I knew ahead of ordering that it was coming from a foreign country. These bras are made in China.

I though I wasn’t going to receive my order, but I just got it right now after 52 days. They said in the shipment details that it will take around 60 days and was hoping maybe it will arrive before then. That’s why I continued my purchase. But now I feel bad emailing them and telling them it’s a scam, it turned to be not and I love the shirts. I think 4 stars is a good rating considering it’s a foreign company. Thank you

You took my money 2 months ago and i still have not recieved my bra..when i try to track it with my order number it says its not available..thanks for nothing

You took my money for a bra over a month ago and still have not received it or you haven’t returned my money , I believe this lambella.com is a scam if you want prove me wrong send the product or my money back simple as that !

It took almost a month to get order. Don't get me wrong the bras are just as picture. The down side is that they lied about the bust size. I didn't have to try them on because you could tell the size was off just by holding them up.

It's a scam. The operate out of Hong Kong and don't bother sending your things out. They also operate a similar scam in over 250 other names.
