Good communication
I recently ordered from Lambier Wines and wanted to share my experience, as I know some people (myself included) are cautious with new or less-reviewed online shops.
Before ordering, I did extensive checks: verified their VAT numbers through VIES, confirmed their registration in Estonia (Terroir Wines OÜ), and looked at their OSS/IOSS setup showing a warehouse in France. I even cross-checked the warehouse address on Google Maps. Everything checked out, but I was still nervous since there weren’t many independent reviews.
Communication was clear and professional. They told me upfront about a short warehouse holiday and gave me a reopening timeline. True to their word, they contacted me as soon as they were ready to ship. Payment went through securely via Stripe.
Delivery took a few days (normal for EU shipping), and the package arrived in perfect condition. Bottles were well packed and exactly as described.
Overall, my experience was positive: Lambier Wines seems to be a legitimate young business, and the wines arrived in good order.
