Lambland Reviews 

I have had a pair of Lambland slippers for several years, and I am very happy with them. I now wished to buy a pair of their mules, but my size was not shown on their website. I phoned to enquire about this, and a return call informed me that my size was available. I placed my order there and then; I was not charged for postage, and was told that they would be with me within 3 days. They arrived the following day. The mules are perfect. Everything about the product, and the level of customer service which I received from Lambland, are exemplary.

Simple ordering process. Kept informed. This is the 2nd Shepherds of Sweden pouffe I have bought from Lambland in the last couple of years. Both were in perfect condition, heavily discounted and standard delivery arrived very quickly, this time by DPD.

Just purchased a pair of David slippers,the look and feel of the slipper is top quality. Lining is amazing. Shipping very fast. Above all you get what you pay for, and these are the best.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size slippers as a gift
Even though it was over Christmas/New Year the lovely Melissa in customer services spent time explaining how to return them, sent me a returns label, and sent me a larger pair as soon as the others were received

Bought a pair of slippers before Christmas and am still waiting on them a month later !
Dispite emailing and being told they were stuck with Royal Mail, and being told a further order was sent!
Very disappointing, not answering my emails. Now, I just want my money back !

Ordered a hat 21st Dec, claimed to have posted on the 23rd via Royal Mail but never did as the item hasn't been scanned into the Royal Mail system. Sent an email and opened a case through Klarna (should of paid through PayPal!), and they are ignoring communications. Avoid unless you want to be scammed like I've been!!

Update -
After leaving this review, amazingly they responded and refunded me my money straight away, citing they didn't know why my item was never sent. The fact you refunded me immediately without offering to resend the item tells me you know exactly why I didn't receive the item; You clearly don't have the physical item and are drop shipping from China. Wouldn't be surprised if they try and get this review removed from Trustpilot!

Bought two pairs of slippers and some sheepskin inserts. Keep up to date with delivery and arrived as expected.

I went out my way to source British products made in the UK. Although this company is British, not all the products are so I was a little disappointed when the products arrived and were from China! Something for others to be aware of when ordering(look out for the British flag). It is still nice to buy from and support a local firm though!
The actual products were well made and are lovely, the person receiving the gift loved them. I do think for the price you’re paying, it would be nice if they were presented better and came with something to say they’re from a British firm!

The delivery was pretty slow, not helped by Royal Mail sending to the wrong depot so not Lamblands fault.

This company went above and beyond in their customer service. I ordered two different types of sheepskin gloves for my daughter’s birthday on 20th December. One pair of lamb skin gloves in a beautiful pink, the other a pair of fingerless mittens. I ordered on 11th and they sent on 12th using Royal Mail. Despite receiving tracking no. there was no progress made by Royal Mail and I contacted Lambland customer service on 18th to tell them that there was no movement indicating potential delivery. I explained that they had been intended for my daughter’s birthday. I not only received a prompt reply, but they offered to dispatch my order through DPD that same day, despite having already dispatched them through Royal Mail. End result, gloves received today and I am totally delighted. Not only with the quality and beauty of the gloves themselves, but with this superb customer service. It is such a joy to deal with a company with this ethos. They have saved the day for me. So thank you everybody involved. I will certainly be a return customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to everyone.

I ordered a hat for my mum’s Christmas present. Unfortunately it wasn’t available, there was difficulty getting the material that colour. The staff could not have been more helpful, kept us informed and when there was no way of the hat being ready in time, suggested an alternative which they delivered direct to my mum in order to save time. It is now sitting under my mum’s Christmas tree! I’m sure she will love it, she really likes the mittens we bought her from Lambland last year.

Ordered sheepskin gloves for my wife and she is delighted with them look good quality and arrived quickly good value for money

My order has just arrived.Two beautiful British sheepskins in wonderful colours. I have bought from Lambland several times and am always impressed with the quality and excellent service.Good value too -you get what you pay for.

I purchased a Lambland Genuine Lambswool Duster with Telescopic Handle. It had great reviews so I knew it was worth considering yet still had questions and was delighted how swiftly my messages were answered. So helpful. Good customer service makes such a difference. When it arrived, early, my experience of using the lambswool duster was everything I hoped. The telescopic handle is not flimsy but quite strong. The lambswool really collects the dust, and it's easy to comb clean. With such high ceilings where spiders love to hang out, I can now clear out the cobwebs and dust. Highly recommend this company and this unique duster. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent sheepskin and superb customer service. This is my second order with Lambland. The fleeces are always so silly soft! This time there was a bit of a mix up and what was delivered don’t quite match the online description. This was very quickly and kindly rectified with excellent customer service. Couldn’t be happier with the product and the team are just fabulous. Doing what they promise and going the extra mile. Customer for piece here!

This is my second time buying from lamb land and I’m really happy with it. I bought a pair of sheep slippers and they arrived quickly, are really comfortable and good quality. It’s nice to support a family business too!

Bought a belt pouch - camera size. Perfect size for keeping my bowls tape measure and chalk in.

Brought sheepskin for my motorcycle seat. Took a while to arrive. Nice piece of sheepskin but no attachments and makes zero difference whatsoever to seat comfort

I recently purchased two seat covers for my car, just after 6-weeks the drivers seat cover head rest retaining clip broke, I contacted Lambland explaining what had happened and they replied with an apology and a returns label, sent the faulty cover back the same day, within a few days I received a brand new cover, cannot fault the customer service experience, would like to thank Melissa for her help in resolving this problem.
It’s nice to see a company focused on great customer service.

Ordered sheepskin car seat covers, they are gorgeous and they fit my motorhome seats perfectly ! Arrived in a few days, I am very pleased. Thanks Lambsland !

Still waiting for my orders to arrive unable to track my items when I've asked for a refund I get no reply won't be using this company again
