Peaceful & relaxing, Fab!

Had a fab 3 days glamping! This was my birthday present from the hubby, and we thoroughly loved it!
We stayed in the Robin pod, which in our opinion had the best spot! The hot tub was amazing and so relaxing!
The pod itself had everything we needed, and the bed was ultra comfy!
My only criticism, is that the duvets are really thin, and we were a little bit cold in the night, but not enough to warrant putting the heating on! Maybe blankets could be provided?
It was a lovely stay all round, quiet and relaxing!

Disgusting service from the owners!!!

My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience and unhappy stay at Lambs Glamping. When I complained, the owner told me that someone would call me back and no one ever has, despite me calling again and sending an email. I’m a student and have a part time job and I’d saved my money to pay for me and my boyfriend to stay at your campsite. (£340!!!) This was for my boyfriend’s birthday and we were both looking forward to the stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a nightmare for us and we had a terrible experience and couldn’t wait to come home. The heating and hot water wasn’t working and it was extremely cold in the (Owl) pod which we were staying in. The temperature in the pod dropped below 10 degrees and so we called the number on their paperwork. The person who we spoke to gave us another number to call and this number just went constantly to a voicemail. (I’m not sure who the number was for, but it was pointless as no one answered it!) Me and my boyfriend were so cold that we ended up calling my dad as we couldn’t sleep! This was in the early hours of Saturday morning and he had to drive 30 miles to the campsite. When he got here it was actually snowing! There was an obvious fault with the boiler as it was displaying fault code 855. According to Google, this fault means there’s an issue with the fuel supply. Possible water in the fuel due to running out of oil which can cause the fuel to have stirred up a layer of water at the bottom of the tank. I think it’s disgusting that you allowed this to happen and didn’t ensure that the boiler and heating was in full working order for when you had guests staying. Then, when you were contacted about the issue, you did nothing to rectify or fix the problem and just fobbed off me and my boyfriend! You have a duty of care to ensure that the pod and the facilities were in full working conditions. My dad managed to reset the boiler and get it to work again, but he shouldn’t have had to drive all that way to fix it! It should have been working in the first place and when you were contacted about the issue, you should have sent someone out to fix it! Unfortunately, it was only a temporary fix as the heating went off again on Saturday evening and the boiler displayed the same fault! Me and my boyfriend were too upset to call you about it again, especially as we knew you wouldn’t bother to do anything about it! We couldn’t wait to come home on Sunday morning! To be warm and away from your freezing cold glamping pod! You charge an extortionate amount for a two night stay and then don’t even have the heating and hot water working when it’s freezing cold outside! You’ve ignored my calls and emails and you don’t deserve to have a business!
