I love the much heavier smoke taste of the Deep Smoked Salmon

Always outstanding quality and great service!

I ordered as a Christmas treat for my in-laws who were hosting us the smoked salmon, the smoked mackerel pate and the smoked cheddar. All were fantastic. I will definitely be ordering again once everything is back in stock. I am not even the biggest smoked salmon fan but this was just beautiful. I learnt about it following an instagram post by Tom Gilbey and the salmon was fantastic with the wine he recommended. Hard to decide whether the smoked pate or the smoked cheddar were my favourite. Safe to say I enjoyed it all, we all did.

My preference is for a firmer, stronger, and more smokey flavoured, smoked salmon and this suited me perfectly.
Good packaging and delivered on time and as requested.

I've used Lambton & Jackson a few times now and always been super impressed with the smoked salmon. Have bought the half side of smoked salmon which works out good value especially when you consider the quality - it's absolutely delicious and I've now got my family buying it too after tasting it. I'd definitely recommend them

Smoked salmon and smoked trout both lovely.

As ever, the deep smoked side of salmon was really wonderful. Lasted well throughout the Christmas holidays. I would never use another supplier. Such a lovely personalised delivery

Rather dissapointing. We have used L&J before, but standards seem to be slipping. Ordered gravadlax and smoked trout "sliced". This came just cut into thin square strips - neither appealing to look at or eat. The gravalax also lacked much flavour, and was nothing like as good as it has been in the past. Also ordered deep smoked salmon, and while this had a good flavour, it was very mushy in consistency, which wasn't a great eat and also made it difficult to separate slices. The saving grace was the hot smoked salmon, which was really good - moist with a well balanced flavour.

Excellent product, as always. Tried the smoked trout this time and really enjoyed the thicker cut.

The best salmon ever. Christmas would not be complete without it.

Great produce delivered on the expected day. Very easy to get this amazing food to my fridge.

I ordered the Malden cured smoked salmon for Christmas and it was absolutely delicious. It was eaten in one go and everyone raved about it, even those who are not fish eaters.

The customer service on the phone was excellent. The collection of goods easy. The food was utterly delicious and of a super quality.
