The long slice salmon is the “gold…

The long slice salmon is the “gold standard” in our opinion. But this time we also had some gravadlax which with some dill mustard sauce and a handful of Italian winter salad leaves maybe the last from the garden made the perfect light Spring supper in the sunshine

Finest Smoked Salmon available.

We took a side of Lambton and Jackson's Maldon Cured, which has to be the finest smoked salmon available to mankind. A huge half for Easter, completely obliterated before Easter. Delicious. Delivery impeccable. Such great value for a premier product.

Great flavour. Not so great presentation.

The smoked salmon has a superb flavour. I'm very impressed by the Maldon Cure. Unfortunately, you've lost a star by squashing 400g into a condensed lump with too many layers that tend to shred when teased out into individual slices. A larger, long-sliced pack for 400g would be more user friendly.
