Critical design faults , that make the shoes unwearable
The shoes style is really cool, however they are incredibly cheaply made. The fabric is really flimsy, the shoe, being platform, should have some support, especially at the ankle but has none ! The fabric should really be a bit tougher/ thicker, the shoe should be reinforced all around!. Its like wearing a sock on a platform really, which is really disappointing.

Super cool, surprisingly super comfy
I was so sure that the shoes I bought (platform boots) will be so uncomfortable and I'll regret the choice. Man was I wrong! From the first wear comfortable, no need to break them in. The platform feels squishy while walking rather than hard, which makes it more comfortable. The only problem is that since the platform is squishy, my toe keeps rubbing between it and the shoe. Would still definitely recommend and I'm already looking at buying some more!

I love every pair I get from Lamoda, so comfy and i’ve been wearing them daily to college. The only fault I can pick is that they do scuff easily but for every day use it’s expected to happen eventually.

Good service but poor quality
My order arrived quickly, with standard delivery it still turned up within 48 hours so I was impressed. A shame the shoes were such poor quality, they looked nice and were quite comfortable at first but after wearing the Mary Janes for an hour (with about 10 minutes of walking) one of the ankle straps snapped and completely came away from the shoe. Customer service were quick to reply and it was easy to return them which is the only reason for 2 stars instead of one, overall very disappointed with the quality and I won't order again.

Sizing Is completely wrong they run a size too small. I've contacted the company as this costs a fortune for them in returns. Of you are a UK 8 you have to buy a UK 9 which has only a few models and extra high prices. Sort this out lamoda Chinese sizing doesn't work.

Just don’t bother, you get what you pay for and I shd’ve known better
The sizing is really small and narrow and when I tried to return items their customer service is appalling . At this point I’ve returned the shoes (3pairs) in perfect condition and I’m still being charged via Klarna I have no shoes to even resell, and they are ignoring all contact .
